| Objective: To understand the detection of hypertension in healthy people about a medical center of tertiary level hospital in Guangxi from 2010 to 2015.Analyzing the understand of knowledge-attitude-practice of hypertension’s prevention and cure and the demand of the follow-up medical examinations services about the portion of healthy people in 2015.Exploring the prevention and cure measures of hypertension,and investigating the service strategies after medical examinations.In order to achieve health management.Methods: Randomly select the part of healthy people who come to the center in November 2015 to conduct a face to face questionnaire.Select four managers,senior staffs,representatives who participate in the examination or not to conduct qualitative interviews.Making descriptive analysis to the past years’ hypertension detection and inspection services demand,also doing a hypothetical test and binary logistic regression analysis about healthy people’s hypertension KAP.Organizing experts to make an in-depth discussion of policy about hypertension Prevention and detection after service.Results:(1)Over the years in detection of hypertension: the average growth rate of physical examination numbers from 2010 to 2015 was 21.02%.The hypertension detection rate of was up to 13%,and the average growth rate was22.77%.Detection rate and the average growth rate of men(30.18% vs 20.51%)was significantly higher than that of women.The average growth rate of the number of detection in <=30、31-40、41-50、>=51 years old groups were 22%、17.55%、23.69%、24.38%,and the population above 51 years old was a higher detection rate.The average growth rate of detection hypertension population in light,middle,hard Labor intensity groups were 23.98%,17.41%,28.91%,and light physical crowd’s detection rate was maximum with wide fluctuations.(2)Hypertension prevention KAP : In 3318 respondents,31.86%recognized existing family history of hypertension.6.18% diagnosed with hypertension,of which 53.66% is medication,while the medication compliance was less than 50%.People who were female,light physical,highly educated,high income and presence of family history of hypertension had a highest KAP total score(P = 0.000).Women overall pass rate was 4.506 times of men,high degree was 1.752 times of low,exist genetic history was 1.461 times not exist,high income was 1.396 times of low.There were significant differences about hypertension knowledge score among gender,labor intensity,household income,education,presence or absence of genetic history groups(P = 0.000).In logistic regression analysis of prevention knowledge passing situations,the OR values about gender,education,genetic history,income were 1.309,1.718,1.166,1.636.The awareness about hypertension diagnostic standard value,people must monitor blood pressure at least once every year when they arrive 35 years old,salt intake should be less than 6g/d were 19.44%,60.73%,43.01%.More than45% of the population were considered that alcoholism,obesity,high fat and salt diet,family history were the major predisposing factors of hypertension.People who believed coronary heart disease are the main complications of hypertension accounted for about 54%.Groups contain women,high income,physical light,highly educated and exist family history of hypertension had top values about hypertension prevention attitude(P=0.000).In logistic regression analysis of prevention attitude passing situations,the OR values about knowledge passing or not,gender,education,genetic history and income were 15.681,1.139,1.489,1.329.78.9% believed that high blood pressure can be prevented and controlled.The prevention measures,such as low-salt and low-fat diet,regular exercise,quit smoking and limit alcohol,eat more fruits and vegetables have been approved by more than a third of the population,but only 22.91 percent of respondents considered drinking milk is anti-hypertension control measures.We found that people who were women,physical light and owing normal BMI had a good values and pass rate about hypertension prevention and control(P< 0.05).In logistic regression analysis of prevention behavior passing situations,the OR values about prevention attitude passing or not and gender both were 2.222,and the people with normal BMI and low education had a good prevention attitude.Over the past year,24.29% respondents admitted not measured the blood pressure,and only 12.87% can insist on participating in sports every day,more than 50 % staffs may meditate all up to 8 hours each day,about 20% staffs had smoking habits,there are close to 40% having drinking behavior,11.45%indicates that their family has behavior about using the oil can and salt spoon.(3)Service needs after the inspection: In respondents,65.34% expected to receive a medical report within a week,78.84% preferred to receive a paper version report,about 50% supported other electronic version report,such as e-mail,micro letter,QQ pictures,a lot of staffs agreed to unit receive reports.84.69% of respondents believed that it is necessary for the medical center to open green medical treatment channel to the detected patients with positive indicators,and 65.04% preferred to conduct telephone follow-up by detection of chronic diseases,more than 50% agreed every 3 months make once follow-up service.Above 50% expectations excepted to open public medical center number,42.41% hoped to be able to get health handbook.The popular health knowledge were dietary guidance,exercise guidance,special disease prevention,medication guide.77.97% respondents expected to obtain knowledge of prevention and treatment of hypertension,diabetes,high cholesterol,obesity and other diseases prevention knowledge followed.The people who expected to get the knowledge of prevention and treatment of disease by physician classroom or SMS were 69.77%,51.15%.Conclusion: The detection rate of hypertension of healthy people was low,and the findings of hypertension KAP was worrying.Health examination awareness enjoyed popular support,and the demand of services after inspection was growing,while the service system after inspection to be improved.Medical center should create a intervention mode on hypertension KAP to medical group.health interventions,health promotion".Build health assessment,monitoring and consulting network platform,create the healthy green medical channels,establish the health education Quartet linkage system including hospitals,communities,working units and families,create personalized health follow-up service mode and features comprehensive intervention project.Carry out healthy research projects,and innovative service concept of healthy,as well as accelerate the improvement of service system after inspection. |
