| Objectives Compile and apply the assessment scheme of nursing ability of patients with nuclear radiation injury in military hospital. Methods 1 Scale development stage: Through literature review, interviews with medical personnel and patients and expert consultation, the scale item pool was prepared to form the first version of 《the Nurses’ In-hospital Nursing Competence Scale for Nuclear Radiation Injury in Military Hospitals》.The Delphi method was used for expert letter consultation to form the test version of 《the Nurses’ In-hospital Nursing Competence Scale for Nuclear Radiation Injury in Military Hospitals》.A total of 660 nurses in a thirdgrade hospital of the military were randomly selected to conduct a large-scale investigation. After item screening and reliability and validity test, the formal version of Nurses’ Inhospital Nursing Ability Scale for Nuclear Radiation Injury in Military Hospitals was formed.2 Scale application stage: randomly selected 758 nurses of the three central military hospital and 7 junior hospital nurses from eight provinces and municipalities directly under the central government and autonomous regions as the object of investigation, questionnaires, using t test, analysis of variance and the optimal scale regression analysis of the military hospital nurses radiation damage status of hospital nursing ability. Results 1 The scale is divided into six dimensions,51 items, including basic knowledge of nuclear radiation damage, the ability of specialized equipment use,the management ability of special ward, basic nursing ability, specialized nursing ability and selfrecognition. The positive degree of expert correspondence is 100%,the authority coefficient(CR)is 0.905,the coordination coefficient(W)is 0.564 and 0.569,the cumulative explanatory variance after exploratory factor analysis is 70.757%,and the fitting indexes of χ2、df、χ2/df,CFI,IFI,TLI,NFI,PNFI,PCFI and RMSEA are acceptable. The Cronbach’s α coefficient is 0.976,the retest reliability is 0.823,the SCVI(S-CVI/UA)is 0.84,the validity of the evaluation content S-CVI(S-CVI/AVE)is 0.98,and the item level content validity I-CVI is 0.78~1.00.2 In the application stage, the average total score of nurses’ hospital nursing ability for nuclear radiation injury was(77.78±38.81).One-way analysis of variance showed that,The identity of the nurse, working years, job title, educational background, position, radiation injury treatment training times,to participate in training the number of nuclear radiation damage, have related nursing experience in patients with radiation injury associated with radiation injury in patients with nosocomial nursing ability score, with statistical difference(P<0.05),the optimal scale regression analysis results showed that, identity, working years, professional title, educational background, frequency of nuclear radiation injury treatment training, frequency of nuclear radiation injury training, and relevant nursing experience were the main factors affecting the nursing ability of nurses in the hospital with radiation injury(F=278.59,P<0.05).Conclusions 1 The scale of hospital nursing ability for nurses in military hospitals for nuclear radiation injury includes 6 dimensions, including basic knowledge of nuclear radiation injury, ability to use specialized equipment, management ability of specialized ward, basic nursing ability, specialized nursing ability and self-recognition ability, with 51 items. The reliability and validity test results are good.2 Nurses’ in-hospital nursing ability of nuclear radiation injury patients in military hospitals is generally low.Nurses’ identity, working years, professional title, educational background, times of nuclear radiation injury treatment training, times of nuclear radiation injury training, and whether they have relevant nursing experience can affect the in-hospital nursing and treatment ability of nuclear radiation injury patients.Figure 2;Table 24;Reference 133... |
