| Objective:By combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment in patients with early threatened abortion,monitoring patients before and after treatment,the indicators to observe the clinical curative effect,and then discusses tutor experience side Yun Bao Decoction on the effectiveness of the early threatened abortion patients diagnosis and treatment,to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of threatened abortion,for"the kidneys babies"basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine to provide new scientific basis.Method:A total of 70 patients with early threatened abortion who were admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to July 2020 and who met the diagnostic inclusion criteria and volunteered to participate in the study were selected.The patients were divided into treatment group and control group with 35patients in each group according to the order of treatment by random number table method.Treatment group adopted Yun Bao Decoction combined with Didrogesterone tablets,the control land flexor Didrogesterone tablets,treatment of two consecutive period of treatment,a total of 14 days,the total effective rate,observation 2 groups of patients clinical symptoms improvement,colour to exceed pregnant sac diameter,serum hormone levels（β-HCG,P and E2）,serum CA125,serum Hcy syndrome integral,and safety indicators of change.The patients were followed up to 28 weeks of gestation to observe their pregnancy.Result:（1）Serum hormone levels:The levels ofβ-HCG,P and E2 in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment（P<0.05）,and those in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）,which was statistically significant.（2）Serum CA125 and Hcy levels:After treatment,Serum CA125 and Hcy levels in2 groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment（P<0.05）,and in the treatment group were significantly decreased compared with the control group（P<0.05）,the differences were statistically significant.（3）Diameter of pregnancy capsule in color ultrasound:Compared with before treatment,the diameter of pregnancy capsule in two groups was significantly increased（P<0.05）,and that in the treatment group was significantly increased compared with the control group（P<0.05）,the difference was statistically significant.（4）TCM syndrome score:the total score of two groups of patients after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment（P<0.05）,the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group（P<0.05）,the differences were statistically significant.（5）Clinical efficacy:the effective rate of clinical efficacy in the treatment group was 96.88%,and the effective rate of clinical efficacy in the control group was 75%.The treatment group was better than the control group（P<0.05）,and the difference was statistically significant.（6）The effective rate of TCM syndromes:the effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group（P>0.05）,the difference was not statistically significant,but had clinical significance.Conclusion:Yun Bao Decoction combined with Didrogesterone tablets can improve the success rate of fetal protection in patients with early threatened abortion,increase the level of serum hormone,decrease the level of CA125 and Hcy,relieve patients’discomfort symptoms,no adverse reactions occurred during treatment,good safety and worthy of clinical application. |
