The Guben Tocolysis Soup Treatment Of Early Threatened Abortion, Spleen And Kidney Deficiency Type Of Clinical Research,

【Objective】To observe the clinical effect and the safety of GuBenAnTai Tang on treating the Early Threatened Abortion.【Method】We divide randomly 60 cases of Early Threatened Abortion into two groups:GuBenAnTai Tang group and ZiShenYuTaiWan group.To observe the two groups of the improvement of condition of the curative effect,TCM symtoms score,and serum hormone and pregancy bag vicinity dark liquid area.【Results】1.The total effective rate of GuBenAnTai Tang is 93.33%,which of ZiShenYuTaiWan group is 80.00%.By means of statistics analysis,the clinical effect of GuBenAnTai Tang group is better than that of ZiShenYuTaiWan group.2.Both groups can reveal the TCM symptoms score and improve the TCM Syndrome.GuBenAnTai Tang is better than ZiShenYuTaiWan (P＜0.05).3.The level ofβ-HCG and Progesterone of two groups were significantly improved after treating compared with pre-treatment,and the deviation has the means of statistics(P＜0.01).4.After treating,the two groups of pregnacy bag vicinity dark liquid area are both absorded,and there is no difference statistics of the treatment effect of pregnacy bag vicinity dark liquid area between the treatment group and the control group.Prove that GuBenAnTai Tang and ZiShenYuTaiWan have the same effect of removing hematocele in uterine cavity.【Conclusion】GuBenAnTai is an effective drug curing spleen-kidney deficiency type early threatened abortion.It can improve the patients' TCM Syndrome,improve endocrine level,and promote the absorption of hematocele in uterine cavity.The treatment of GuBenAnTai Tang is safe, effective treatment and have no toxic side effect in the clinical application,it is worth further reserching widely using on clinic.
