Effect Analysis Of Umbilical Fire Moxibustion Combined With Tadalafil On Impotence Patients With Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of umbilical fire moxibustion combined with tadalafil in treating impotence of kidney yang deficiency syndrome.Methods :90 cases of kidney yang deficiency syndrome impotence(erectile dysfunction,)were treated ED)Patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,45 cases per group,The control group was given a small dose of tadalafil orally,The treatment group was treated with umbilical fire moxibustion on the basis of the control group.After four weeks of treatment,Data collection,collation,SPSS25.0 analysis,To analyze data on IIEF-5 score,TCM symptom score,erectile hardness assessment(EHS)and testosterone,To evaluate its curative effect.Results:A total of 90 patients were included in this study.One case was missing in the treatment group,and one case was excluded in the control group without combined treatment,and 88 cases were completed.1.Analysis of efficacy:44 cases in treatment group,There were 8 cases,21 cases,10 cases and 5 cases,Total effective rate is 88.63 per cent;Control group,44 cases,There were 4 cases,14 cases,12 cases and 14 cases,The total effective rate is 66.18.Nonparametric tests,The treatment group was better than the control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.IIEF-5 score analysis: the IIEF-5 score of the two groups was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.TCM symptom score analysis: both groups can reduce the score after treatment,the treatment group TCM syndrome symptom score improvement is obvious,the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).4.erectile hardness evaluation(EHS)analysis: both groups could improve erectile hardness compared with the control group(P<0.05).5.Analysis of testosterone level: both groups could improve testosterone level compared with the control group(P<0.05).6.safety analysis: no adverse reactions were found in both groups,and the safety was high.Conclusion:1.umbilical fire moxibustion combined with tadalafil can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of impotence patients with kidney yang deficiency syndrome,improve IIEF-5 score,improve the score of TCM symptoms,enhance erectile hardness,and improve testosterone level.2.umbilical fire moxibustion combined with tadalafil in the treatment process,no obvious adverse reactions,with good safety.
