| Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of self-made prescription for tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation combined with tadalafil and tadalafil alone in the treatment of impotence of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,observe the effect of self-made prescription for tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation combined with tadalafil tablets in the treatment of impotence of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,and explore The advantages of self-made prescription for tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation in treating impotence of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type provide evidence for the clinical application of self-made prescription for tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation in the treatment of impotence,and provide medication experience and guidance for the treatment of impotence of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Method:According to the impotence diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria,and dropout criteria designed in this project,cases were collected.A total of 85 cases were collected.The impotence patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly arranged into treatment group and control group.In the treatment group,2 cases were lost to follow-up,and 3 cases were lost to follow-up in the control group.A total of 5 cases were dropped.80 cases were finally completed(40 cases in the treatment group and 40 cases in the control group).In the trial,the treatment group was treated with self-made Bushen Huoxue prescription combined with tadalafil,and the control group was treated with tadalafil alone.The treatment period was 4 weeks.The two groups of patients were recorded before treatment,2 weeks after treatment,and 4 The IIEF-5 score,EHS score and TCM syndrome score of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type ED after one week were recorded in Excel,and SPSS 26.0 software was used for statistical analysis before and after treatment and between the two groups.Non-parametric test is used for measurement data that does not conform to the normal distribution,expressed as median M(P50)and interquartile range Q(P25,P75),and independent sample non-parametric test(Mann-Whitney U test)is used for comparison between groups),the intra-group comparison uses the paired sample non-parametric test(Wilcoxon signed rank test);the measurement data conforming to the normal distribution uses the t test,which is expressed as the mean and standard deviation(x±s),and the independent sample t is used for the inter-group comparison For the test,the paired-sample test was used for comparison within the group.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant,and P>0.05 was considered non-statistically significant.Result:After 4 weeks of treatment:In terms of IIEF-5 scores,the IIEF-5 scores of the two groups were improved compared to before treatment,and the difference in IIEF-5 scores between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in IIEF-5 scores between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The IIEF-5 score of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group,indicating that the test group was better than the control group in improving IIEF-5;in terms of EHS scores,The EHS scores of the two groups were improved compared to before treatment,the difference in EHS scores between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference in EHS scores between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The EHS scores of the two groups were higher than those of the control group,indicating that the test group was better than the control group in improving EHS scores;in terms of TCM syndrome scores,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment.The differences in TCM syndrome scores were statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of the test group were lower than those of the control group,indicating that it was decreasing The test group was better than the control group on the score of TCM syndromes.Conclusion:1.The use of tadalafil alone,self-made prescription for tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation combined with tadalafil can improve the patient’s IIEF-5 score,increase the patient’s EHS score,and reduce the patient’s TCM syndrome score;2.The use of self-made prescription for tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation combined with tadalafil is better than tadalafil alone in improving patients’ IIEF-5 score,EHS score,and TCM syndrome score,and can improve the patient’s TCM clinic to a certain extent The symptoms indicate that the clinical efficacy of self-made prescription for tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation combined with tadalafil is better than that of tadalafil alone. |
