Retrospective Study On The Medication Regularity Of Ulcerative Colitis In Henan Hospital Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: through the collection and collation of cases of ulcerative colitis treated by Henan Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine(the Second Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of traditional Chinese Medicine),this study summarized the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis by using the method of data mining analysis,so as to provide some guidance for clinicians in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods : the cases of ulcerative colitis treated in Henan Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 1,2010 to December 31,2019 were collected,and the standard cases were selected according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.The Microsoft Excel 2010 database was established after standardized treatment of drug names,and then SPSS modeler and SPSS statistics were used Software,using the statistical methods of frequency analysis,association rules and cluster analysis,summarized the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Results: 1.A total of 170 patients were included,including 99 males and 71 females.Finally,170 patients were included,including 99 males and 71 females,male: female ≈ 1.39:1.Among the recorded patients,the oldest was 84 years old,and the youngest was 22 years old.The average age of onset was 44.94 ± 14.23 years old.The most age of onset was 30-39 years old,followed by 40-49 years old.2.Among 170 patients included in this study,ulcerative colitis was mainly of damp heat syndrome of large intestine,with a total of 85 cases.There were 64 cases of spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation syndrome,17 cases of liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome.There were no heat toxin and mixed cold and heat syndrome in the collected medical records.3.A total of 522 traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions were involved,including five kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,and the frequency of drug use was a total of times.Among them,12 kinds of drugs with the frequency of drug use ≥ 30% were listed in descending order as follows : licorice,Poria cocos,stir fried Atractylodes macrocephala with bran,stir fried Paeonia lactiflora,tangerine peel,Agrimonia pilosa,Coptis chinensis,xuchangqing,stir fried coix seed,Euryale ferox seed,Bletilla,Aucklandia;all drugs used can be divided into 19 categories,mainly tonifying drugs,followed by heat clearing drugs Hemostatic drugs,astringent drugs and diuretic drugs.In terms of drug properties,cold,warm and mild drugs are the main ones,while hot and cool drugs are the main ones.There are few drugs.In the aspect of medicine taste,the main flavor was sweet taste,followed by bitter taste and pungent taste,and the proportion of light taste,sour taste,astringent taste and salty taste was obviously less.According to the spleen meridian,stomach meridian,liver meridian,lung meridian,heart meridian and kidney meridian,the other meridians are less involved.4.Through the analysis of association rules,under the condition that the minimum support is 15%,the minimum confidence is90%,the promotion degree is greater than 1,and the maximum number of front items is 3,a total of 138 rules are obtained.There are 6 rules for the combination of two drugs,63 rules for the combination of three drugs and 69 rules for the combination of four drugs.5.Cluster analysis of drugs,8 pairs of commonly used drug pairs,3 groups of three drug combinations.6.Combined with the results of association rules and cluster analysis,we can get two common prescriptions for ulcerative colitis in Henan traditional Chinese medicine hospital.Conclusion: the distribution pattern of ulcerative colitis is mostly damp heat type in large intestine,followed by spleen deficiency and dampness resistance type,liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type,spleen kidney yang deficiency type and blood stasis obstructing intestinal collaterals type.In terms of treatment,the basic principles are clearing away heat and toxin,eliminating dampness and stopping diarrhea,and at the same time,strengthening spleen and replenishing qi and astringency.The application of association rules found that the commonly used drug combinations are Patrinia villosa + stir fried Radix Paeoniae Alba + stir fried Radix Paeoniae Alba → Glycyrrhizae,Euryale ferox + Herba agrimoniae +stir fried Radix Paeoniae Alba → Glycyrrhizae,Rhizoma Cynanchi + stir fried Radix Paeoniae Alba → Glycyrrhizae,etc.By cluster analysis,the commonly used drug pairs were Agrimonia pilosa and xuchangqing,Coptis chinensis and Muxiang,Sanguisorba charcoal and Pulsatilla,Codonopsis pilosula and Amomum villosum,tangerine peel and Fangfeng,Poria cocos and nutmeg,fried coix seed and fried yam,Astragalus membranaceus and Angelica;the three drug combinations were Agrimonia pilosa,xuchangqing and fried Baishao as drug group 1,Coptis chinensis,Muxiang and Sanguisorba charcoal as drug group 2,fried coix seed,fried yam,fried Baibian Two new prescriptions for ulcerative colitis can be obtained : Coptis,Aucklandia,Agrimonia,xuchangqing,stir fried Paeonia lactiflora,Patrinia,Sanguisorba charcoal,Pulsatilla,Bletilla,licorice;dangshen,Amomum villosum,tangerine peel,Fangfeng,Fuling,nutmeg,stir fried coix seed,stir fried yam,stir fried lentils,Euryale ferox seed,bran stir fried Atractylodes macrocephala and Wumei.
