Modern Literature On Medication Rules And Network Pharmacology Of Traditional Chinese Medicine For The Treatment Of Ulcerative Colitis Based On Data Minin

Purpose:Based on the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary platform"(V3.0)software,the excavation for nearly 10 years clinical regularity of TCM treatment of UC,sorting,summary and analysis of the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine clinical experience and sent the clinical law of UC,and pharmacology study through the network to seek treatment target UC core Chinese medicine effective component,and signaling pathways,To provide experience reference and new direction for TCM treatment of UC.Material and method:In this study,the inclusion and exclusion criteria were established by collecting and investigating relevant TCM treatment UC literatures published from January 2010 to June 2021.The literature in the database was screened,standardized treatment of drugs was carried out,data were filled and cleaned,and UC special medical case database of TCM treatment was constructed.Based on the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary platform "(V3.0)software,the basis of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of UC project database for data mining,according to the data analysis methods,such as frequency statistics,cluster analysis,analysis of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of UC drug use frequency,four,five,and drug compatibility rule,and visual display.The core TCM for treating the disease was obtained through TCM frequency statistics and association rule analysis.The core TCM was input into TCMSP database to obtain the effective components and targets of the core TCM.UC targets were obtained from Gene Cards database.It was uploaded to String database for protein interaction network analysis,and Cytoscape3.7.1 software was used for network topology analysis.Finally,the KEGG signaling pathway of the treatment of UC by core Chinese medicine was obtained by using R3.6.1 software,so as to further analyze the specific action mechanism of core Chinese medicine.Results:The special medical case database of TCM treatment of UC was constructed,26532 related literatures were retrieved,136 literatures were screened,and 194 prescriptions were selected.According to the data obtained from systematic analysis,the top five traditional Chinese medicines were glycyrrhiza glycyrrhiza,Coptis chinensis,Atractylodes atractylodes atractylodes,Radix paeoniae alba and Codonopsis pilosula.The order of drug property from high to low is cold,warm,flat,hot,cold.In the analysis of drug taste,the rank from high to low was bitter,sweet,spicy,sour and salty.The drug meridian from high to low is the spleen meridian,stomach meridian,liver meridian,lung meridian,heart meridian,large intestine meridian,etc.Modern clinical use of tonifying drugs,heat-clearing drugs,hemostatic drugs,qi drugs and astringent drugs.The commonly used drug pairs are "licorice-Atractylodes macrocephala","Atractylodes macrocephala-Codonopsis pilosula","licorice-coptis coptis","licorice-paeony root" and "Atractylodes macrocephala root".The number of clustering was set to 5,that is,193 prescriptions were divided into 5 categories.The first category was similar core combinations containing glycyrrhiza,dried ginger,Atractylodes atractylodes,coptis chinensis,ginseng and Jujube.The second type was similar core combinations containing coptis chinensis,paeonia alba,licorice,Angelica,Scutellaria baicalensis and Atractylodes macrocephala.The third type was similar core combinations containing Atractylodes macrocephala,glycyrrhiza,Codonopsis pilosula,Coptis chinensis,Poria cocos and Angelica.The fourth type was similar combination with the core mainly containing White herb,Notoginseng,Galla chinensis,Sophora japonica,Coptis chinensis and Sophora flavescens.The fifth type is similar combination with pulsatilla chinensis,Phellodendron phellodendron,coptis chinensis,paeonia lactiflora,glycyrrhiza glycyrrhiza and Ulmus officinalis.The core of TCM in the rhizoma coptidis,atractylodes,radix paeoniae alba,codonopsis,rhizoma coptidis 14 active ingredients,active ingredients extracted by seven,radix paeoniae alba 13 active ingredients,dangshen 21 active ingredients,after screening and standardization,a total of Lactiflorin,Mairin and sitosterol,kaempferol,such as active ingredients of 55,Among them,AKT1,IL6,VEGFA,CASP3 and IL1 B were the most important targets.The KEGG signaling pathway of the core Chinese medicine "HBBD" treats UC diseases,including IL-17 signaling Pathway,TNF signaling Pathway and Toll-like receptor signaling Pathway.Conclusion:1.Cold and warm drugs,bitter and sweet drugs are commonly used in TCM clinical treatment of UC;The five zang organs are related to the meridian;The five zang organs are in harmony with each other,with both deficiency and reality,mainly to clear heat,dryness and dampness,tonifying spleen and stomach,supplemented by soothing liver and spleen,detumorization,muscle development,convergence and hemostasis.In the treatment of paeouweng decoction,peony decoction,warm spleen decoction and tongxie Yaofang and other classical prescriptions as the basis of the addition and subtraction.Combined with other symptoms,with the syndrome,comprehensive treatment,can achieve a very good effect.2.Network pharmacology method obtained 55 active components of the core drugs,142 targets were closely related to the treatment of UC,and Lactiflorin,Mairin,Sitosterol,Kaempferol and other key active components of the core drugs.AKT1,IL6 and VEGFA are the main potential targets of core Chinese medicines for the treatment of UC,mainly involving interleukin-17 signal transduction pathway,TNF signaling pathway and other related pathways to regulate the level of inflammatory factors,thus achieving the effect of treating UC.Core Chinese medicine can regulate ulcerative colitis,reduce inflammatory response and play a therapeutic role by playing the role of multi-component,multi-target and multi-pathway.
