| Objective The shaping and cultivation of the core competitiveness of county-level general hospitals is of great significance for improving the level of medical services and improving the health of the population.Under the new situation of medical reform,how to grasp opportunities such as national policy support,improve the hospital’s medical service level,and maintain competitive advantages are issues that need to be focused on for county-level general hospitals.This research aims to construct the core competitiveness index system of county-level general hospitals,and provide a basis for improving the core competitiveness of county-level general hospitals.Method Based on the theory of core competitiveness and combining with the characteristics of county-level general hospitals in my country,an evaluation model for the core competitiveness of county-level general hospitals is constructed.Based on this framework,the Delphi method was used to select 40 experts to conduct three rounds of letter inquiries,and the core competitiveness evaluation index system of county-level general hospitals was initially drafted;the questionnaire was used to collect data,and the managers of county-level general hospitals were engaged in hospital work.,Administrative personnel and teaching and scientific research personnel are the subjects of the survey;the questionnaire is distributed to county-level hospitals across the country through e-mail and other network channels,and filled out in accordance with the principle of voluntary filling.The structural equation model is used to determine the evaluation index weight and verify the scientificity and rationality of the index system.Data analysis adopts SPSS 26.0 and structural equation model Amos 23.0 analysis software.Results The core competitiveness model of county-level general hospitals includes strategic management capabilities,technology introduction and application transformation capabilities,resource integration and coordination capabilities,and sustainable development capabilities.The four capabilities complement each other to form a competitive system that supports the sustainable development of the hospital.Using Amos 23.0 to test the fitness of the model,the X2 value of the absolute fitness index is 271.661,and the significance probability value P is 0.213>0.05;the RMSEA value is 0.028,which is a reasonable approximate error;the incremental fit index is0.996,within the fitting standard value;the comparative fitting index is 0.998,which is also higher than the fitting standard value 0.90.The structural equation model has passed the test of the above indicators,so the constructed evaluation model of the core competitiveness of county-level general hospitals is correct and reasonable.Conclusion The four dimensions of strategic management ability,technology introduction and transformation application ability,resource integration and coordination ability,and sustainable development ability have a direct impact on the formation of core competitiveness and have significant relationships.Resource integration and coordination capabilities(0.98)and strategic management capabilities(0.97)are the most critical influencing capabilities for the formation of core competitiveness;followed by sustainable development capabilities(0.89),technology introduction and application transformation capabilities(0.85).Hospital strategic management capabilities include strategic planning and formulation,strategy implementation,etc.In the process of hospital strategy implementation,the leadership of senior managers is inseparable,and their decision-making level determines the future development direction and path selection of the hospital;technology introduction,transformation and application capabilities It is an important indicator to measure the core competitiveness of a hospital.The level of health technicians,medical equipment configuration and funding input are the keys to the introduction of new technologies and new projects;resource integration and coordination capabilities are based on the needs of patients and make full use of the professional expertise of various functional departments of the hospital.The synergy of various functional departments to effectively integrate the internal resources of the hospital to provide high-quality medical services is a benchmark for measuring the quality of the hospital’s integration and coordination capabilities;sustainable development capability means that the hospital always has the potential for sustainable development.The motivation mainly depends on the labor creativity of health technicians. |
