| Under the great aggravation of social pressure,the cardiovascular disease has become the first chronic disease which causing serious harms to our health.In China,the preventions and treatment of the chronic disease have become a serious public health issue.However,there’s a contradiction between the increasing demands for health insurance for cardiovascular diseases in nationals,and the decreasing supply in insurance market,especially those for cardiovascular diseases.This thesis states the combination of health management model and insurance products can effectively fix the deficiency of existing products,and provides feasibility for the innovation of cardiovascular insurance.Therefore,this thesis proposes the design of cardiovascular disease insurance products based on the health management model.Firstly,this thesis points out that there are many problems in the development of commercial health insurance in China.Secondly,the exploration about the necessity and feasibility of the product are based on the policy support,the increase of market demand and the development of wearable device technology.The loss distribution prediction model and Markov chain are used to determine the traditional premium rate of this product.Divided the designed cardiovascular disease insurance product into two levels of security,but also designed the product form completely from the selection of sales channels and the whole process of health management services and the process of each operation module of the company.Last but not least,this thesis provides risk management measures and policy recommendations around three dimensions.Based on the design of cardiovascular disease insurance products under the health management model,this thesis provides the ideas for health insurance innovation and the references for the rate determination of single insurance.At the same time,the development of special disease insurance in the market segment can not only fill the gap in the existing market,but also control the risk and reduce the loss rate effectively.Through health management services,the scope of product coverage is expanded and personalized medical service plans are formulated to achieve the purpose of long-term user engagement. |
