| Objective:Circular RNA(circ RNA)is a newly discovered non-coding RNA that plays an important role in the progression of cancer, but the role of hsa_circ_0007755 in human oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)is still unclear. This experiment explores the expression level of hsa_circ_0007755 in OSCC and the clinical significance in the diagnosis of OSCC.Methods:Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(q RT-PCR)was used to evaluate the expression levels of hsa_circ_0007755 in 30 pairs of OSCC tissue samples CAL27 and SCC9 OSCC cells. In addition, the correlation between the expression of hsa_circ_0007755 and the clinicopathological characteristics of OSCC was also studied, and the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyze the diagnostic effect of hsa_circ_0007755.The hsa_circ_0007755-mi RNAs-m RNAs network was constructed with cytoscape3.01 based on Target Scan and mi Randa database. The analysis of Gene Ontology(GO),Disease Oncology(DO)and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)were carried out with the visualization integrated database DAVID.Results:This experiment found that hsa_circ_0007755 was significantly down-regulated in 30 pairs of OSCC tissues and CAL27 and SCC9 cell lines. In addition, its expression level is closely related to TNM stage, degree of invasion and lymph node metastasis. The area under the ROC curve is 0.64(AUC=0.64),indicating that hsa_circ_0007755 was related to OSCC,and it may be used as a potential biomarker for the diagnosis of OSCC.Hsa_circ_0007755-mi RNAs-m RNAs network analysis,GO,DO and KEGG analysis all proved that hsa_circ_0007755 is related to cancer progression to a certain extent.Conclusion:Hsa_circ_0007755 may be related to the progression of OSCC and may be a new target for OSCC therapy. |
