Treatment Of Premature Ovarian Insufficiency With Ziyin Yugong Fang And Zhuyang Nuangong Fang Clinical Research

Objective:To systematically study the exact efficacy of Ziyin Yugong Fang and Zhuyang Nuangong Fang in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency（POI）,observe changes in serum sex hormone levels,B-ultrasound results and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,and explore whether they can reverse ovarian function and provide an effective treatment plan for the clinic.Methods:Selected patients from December 2018 to December 2020 in the gynecological clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine,150 cases of POI patients with kidney deficiency type were included in the research subjects,and they were divided into the Chinese medicine group,the Western medicine group and the Chinese and Western medicine group according to the random number method,with 50 patients in each group.Comprehensive treatment of Ziyin Yugong Fang and Zhuyang Nuangong Fang,Progynova+Dydrogesterone Tablets,Ziyin Yugong Fang and Zhuyang Nuangong Fang and Progynova+Dydrogesterone Tablets for three months.observed and recorded before and after treatment in patients with serum sex hormone levels（follicle-stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,estrogen,and Anti-Mullerian hormone）,B-ultrasound test results（endometrial thickness,bilateral blood flow velocity around the ovaries,Antral Follicle Count）and TCM syndrome scores and other indicators to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Ziyin Yugong Fang and Zhuyang Nuangong Fang in the treatment of kidney-deficiency POI.Results:In the clinical study,there were 50 cases in the Chinese medicine group,47cases in the Western medicine group,and 45 cases in the Chinese and Western medicine group.1.After three courses of treatment,the effective rate of the Chinese medicine group was 82.0%,the effective rate of the Western medicine group was 66.0%,and the effective rate of the Chinese and Western medicine group was 93.3%.Comparison of the effective rates among the three groups of patients showed statically significant difference（P<0.05）.2.After treatment,the levels of FSH,LH,E₂and AMH were improved.There was no significant difference in improving the levels of FSH and LH between Chinese medicine group and Chinese and Western medicine group（P>0.05）.In degree of changes E₂and AMH,the result of the Chinese and Western medicine group is better than the Chinese medicine group and far better than the Western medicine group.3.After treatment,The bilateral blood flow velocity around the ovaries,endometrial thickness and the number of AFC were significantly increased,The changes in the Chinese and Western medicine groups are the most significant（P<0.05）,and the difference is statistically significant.4.The TCM syndromes scores of the three groups of patients decreased after each course of treatment,but the third course of treatment showed the most significant change.In terms of efficacy,the changes in the Chinese and Western medicine groups were the most significant,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion:Ziyin Yugong Fang combined with Zhuyang Nuangong Fang can significantly improve the level of serum sex hormones,increase endometrial thickness,promote the number of AFC,relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,and improve blood circulation around the ovaries on both sides.When combined with the Western medicine group,the clinical efficacy can be increased and the effect is significant.Therefore,Ziyin Yugong Fang and Zhuyang Nuangong Fang can treat POI from multiple aspects and angles,effectively reverse the ovarian reserve function,and provide a scientific basis for the treatment of POI,which is worthy of extensive clinical application.
