The Clinical Research On The Effect Of BuShenShuGan Fang And Moxibustion Shenque Acupoint In Treating Kidney Deficiency And Liver Stgnation Type Premature Ovrarian Failure

Objective：Observe the clinical curative effect of BuShenShuGan Fang combinedwith Moxibustion Shenque Acupoint, which is applied to treat premature ovrarian failure,kidney deficiency and liver stgnation type, and explore its work mechanism and treatmentof this disease. Methods: We totally observed40patients of POF and it was divided intotwo groups randomly. The treatment group takes BuShenShuGan Fang combined withMoxibustion Shenque Acupoint, while the control group takes Kuntai capsule, treatmentfor3months, which are compared to observe their curative effects and impacts on FSH,LH,E2, Bilateral ovarian volume and Endometrial thickness. Results: After treatment, the totalcurative effect in treatment group was75.0%,45%in the control group,there was significantdifference (P＜0.05);After treatment,TCM symptoms total points of the two groups wereobviously decreased (P<0.01) and there were significant differences between groups(P<0.05). The FSH level and the LH level of the two groups are both obviously decreasedafter treating, which has significant differences compared with its original level (P<0.01)and the control group (P<0.05). The E2level is increased of the two groups after treating,which has significant differences compared with ex-treatment (P<0.01) and the controlgroup(P<0.01). Within two way,comparison between groups, the endometrial thickness hassignificant differences (P<0.01).The bilateral ovarian volume have different degrees ofchange of the two groups after treating,but only the comparison difference of the leftovarian volume has statistically significant(P<0.05). Within two way,comparison betweenother groups, the comparison difference has no statistical significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.BuShenShuGan Fang combined with Moxibustion Shenque Acupoinhas remarkable effect in treating kidney deficiency and liver stgnation type premature ovrarian failure. The clinical symptoms and serum endocrine hormone levels haveimproved significantly.2. BuShenShuGan Fang combined with Moxibustion ShenqueAcupoint may have a kind of hormone kind function,which can reduce the serum FSH,LHlevel,and improve the E2level and promote the growth of ovarian volume and endometrialthickness. Meanwhile,Moxibustion Shenque Acupoint has explored,anti-aging,prolong life,traditional Chinese medicine in kidney combination with Moxibustion Shenque Acupointfor the treatment of POF without excessive endometrial hyperplasia,has obviousadvantages in terms of security.
