ObjectiveThrough infrared thermal imaging,to observe the changes of skin temperature in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,to ensure whether the treatment of moxibustion can improve the blood supply status of lumbar soft tissue, and to investigate the clinical effect of cautery moxibustion on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods30 cases of patients clinically diagnosed as lumbar intervertebral disc herniation as the treatment group, treated with moxibustion, moxibustion once a day,30 min each time, for 2weeks.The 30 normal patients without lumbago and leg pain were the healthy control group without any treatment. In the treatment group before the treatment of moxibustion, treatment after 1 week,2 weeks after treatment and healthy control group for infrared imaging examination.VAS and JOA scores were recorded before treatment,1 week treatment and 2weeks after treatment, respectively,to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results1.Before treatment, the difference of waist skin temperature between the treatment group(34.40±0.46)and the healthy control group(32.58±0.49)was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment, there was significant difference in waist skin temperature between the treatment group(33.36±0.57)and the healthy control group(32.58±0.49)at 1 week(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in waist skin temperature between the treatment group(32.65±0.57)and the healthy control group(32.58±0.49)at 2 weeks(P>0.05).There was a statistical difference in waist skin temperature between the treatment group before(34.40±0.46)and the treatment group after 1 week(33.36±0.57)(P<0.05).There was significant difference in waist skin temperature between the treatment group before(34.40±0.46)and the treatment group after 2 weeks(32.65±0.57)(P<0.05).2.VAS score comparison: The scores before treatment(5.97±1.07),after 1 week of treatment(3.53±1.20)and after 2 weeks of treatment(1.97±1.00)were respectively compared within the group.VAS scores after treatment were all lower than those before treatment, with P values less than 0.05,showing statistical difference.3.Comparison of JOA scores: The scores before treatment(19.47±6.42),after 1 week of treatment(21.60±5.61)and after 2 weeks of treatment(24.93±4.81)were compared within the group, and the JOA scores were higher after treatment than before treatment(P values were all less than 0.05),the differences were statistically significant.4.Correlation analysis of waist skin temperature difference between LDH patients before and after treatment and VAS and JOA scores: there was statistical significance in the comparison of VAS scores before and after treatment(1.04±0.53)and VAS scores before and after treatment(2.43±0.73)in the treatment group(P<0.05).The difference between VAS score before treatment and 2 weeks of treatment(1.76±0.56)and VAS score before treatment and 2 weeks of treatment(4.00±0.79)in the treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the treatment group before treatment and 1 week of treatment(1.04±0.53)and the JOA score(2.13±1.55)before treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the treatment group before treatment and 2weeks of treatment(1.76±0.56)and the JOA score before treatment and 2 weeks of treatment(5.47±2.53)was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion1.The waist skin temperature of normal people was lower than that of patients with lumbar disc herniation.2.After the treatment of moxibustion can adjust the temperature distribution of lumbar skin in patients with lumbar disc herniation.3.The treatment of moxibustion can relieve the pain of patients with lumbar disc herniation and improve the dysfunction of lumbar spine.4.The changes of pain and lumbar dysfunction in patients with lumbar disc herniation are closely related to the changes of waist skin temperature before and after treatment in the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment group.
