Objective: Observe the clinical effect of the Shang Zi moxibustion moxibustion combined with manipulation on lumbar disc herniation(cold and wet type). And compare the effect of the word moxibustion moxibustion combined with conventional techniques and conventional manipulation on lumbar disc herniation(cold and wet type)and its safety analysis. Methods: 80 Patients with cold-wet type lumbar disc herniation were selected from the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery from April 20 to December 2018 in Pudong New Area Chinese Medicine Hospital. They were randomly divided into two groups according to two different treatment methods,40 in each group. For example, one group applied moxibustion on the Shang Zi moxibustion combined with manual therapy, and the other group was treated with manipulation. All patients were evaluated before and after treatment, and the time was set for follow-up,and the indicators were recorded in detail. The evaluation index was assessed by visual analog scale(VAS)pain score, low back pain clinical symptom(JOA)score,Oswestry dysfunction index score ODI score. The final total effective cases were 77 cases in 77 cases of moxibustion manipulation group and 39 cases in pure manual control group.According to the evaluation scores,an accurate evaluation was made and statistical analysis was carried out to compare the different treatment methods for the relief of lumbar pain, treatment efficacy and safety.Results:(1)There were no significant differences in gender composition,age,pre-treatment VAS score,JOA score, and ODI score between the two groups(P>0.05).The two groups were comparable;(2)There were significant differences between the VAS scores in the moxibustion group and the pure control group at 2 weeks,4 weeks, and 12 weeks(P<0.01),and the VAS scores of the moxibustion group at 2 weeks,4 weeks, and 12 weeks. Both lower than the pure control group;(3)There was no significant difference between the JOA score moxibustion manipulation group and the pure manual control group at 2 weeks,4 weeks, and 12 weeks(P>0.05);(4)There was no significant difference between the ODI score moxibustion group and the pure control group at 2 weeks,4 weeks, and 12 weeks(P>0.05);(5)The VAS scores of the two group were compared before and after, and there was difference between the 2nd week, the 4th week and the 12 th week(P<0.05),and the VAS values decreased;(6)The JOA scores of the patients in the moxibustion group and the pure control group were compared before and after the control group, except for the second week of the control group, there was no statistical difference, and the other groups had significant differences after treatment(P<0.01).And the JOA values are increased;(7)The ODI scores of the moxibustion group and the pure control group were compared before and after, and there was no significant difference between the 2nd week, the 4th week and the 12 th week(P>0.05),and the ODI value decreased;(8)The VAS scores gradually decreased in both groups, and the decline in the moxibustion manipulation group was significantly greater than that in the pure control group;the JOA scores increased in both groups, and the increase trend was basically the same;the two components of the ODI score gradually decreased, and The decline in the moxibustion manipulation group was significantly greater than that in the pure control group;(9)There was a significant difference in the total efficacy evaluation between the moxibustion manipulation group and the pure manual control group at the 12 th week(P<0.01),and the total efficacy of the moxibustion manipulation group was higher than that of the pure manual control group;(10)The safety results of the two groups of patients were basically the same. The safety evaluation was mainly grade 1 and 2,which was a safer treatment method. There was no statistical difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: For patients with lumbar disc herniation(cold and wet type),the method of Shang Zi moxibustion moxibustion combined with manual therapy can obtain better results. The moxibustion manipulation group is better than the pure control group, with less adverse reactions and high safety. The moxibustion technique is simple and convenient to operate, and the curative effect is exact and effective, and can be vigorously promoted in the course of clinical treatment.
