Study On Treating Infertility From Spleen And Stomach

Objective: The first part of this study is the systematic arrangement and summary of ancient books,From pre Qin Dynasty to Qing Dynasty,we searched Fu Qingzhu’s Gynecology,collating and annotating women’s prescriptions,women’s Daquan’s prescriptions,Shen’s gynecology essentials,Jiyin compendium,gynecology classics,gynecology essentials,gynecology essentials,gynecology secretaries,gynecology secrets,gynecology essentials,gynecology essentials,gynecology essentials,gynecology secretaries,gynecology secretaries and so on In addition,we searched the literature about the treatment of infertility by syndrome differentiation of spleen and stomach in recent 25 years by using the software of "traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant platform",This paper makes a systematic analysis of the literature on the treatment of infertility by spleen and stomach in the past 25 years.Combined with the etiology and pathogenesis of infertility and the physiological and pathological relationship between spleen and stomach and infertility explored from ancient literature,it summarizes the syndrome differentiation method,medication characteristics and prescription rules of infertility treatment by spleen and stomach,so as to demonstrate the important relationship between spleen and stomach and infertility.The second part of this study is Professor Du Xiaoli’s clinical experience of treating infertility from the spleen and stomach for many years,and further summarizes the treatment ideas and medication characteristics of treating infertility from the spleen and stomach.The combination of the above two parts will provide practical basis and effective ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of infertility and academic research on infertility.Methods:1.The author reviewed the main Department of Fuqing,the school notes on the good prescription of women,the great and the best recipe for women,the collection of Shen’s Department of women,the compendium of of infertility and the physiological and pathological relationship between spleen and stomach and infertility.2.Through CNKI,VIP and Wanfang database,we searched the medical records of infertility treated by traditional Chinese medicine in the past 25 years,mainly collecting the related content of infertility treated by spleen and stomach,with the help of frequency statistical analysis,cluster analysis,cluster analysis and other methods The unsupervised entropy hierarchical cluster analysis method was used to analyze the syndrome differentiation and treatment methods,prescription and medication rules of infertility related to spleen and stomach.3.During the clinical visit with the tutor,we collected the infertility cases,systematically sorted them out,analyzed and summarized the tutor’s dialectical thinking and prescription rules.Results:1.Refer to Fu Qingzhu’s Gynecology,collating and annotating women’s prescriptions,women’s Daquan’s prescriptions,Shen’s gynecology essentials,Jiyin compendium,gynecology classics,gynecology synopsis,gynecology Qiyao,gynecology synopsis,gynecology mysteries,gynecology gist,gynecology essence,gynecology Zhengzong and other famous works of Gynecology,including the discussion on the etiology and pathogenesis of infertility It is found that infertility is closely related to the spleen and stomach,and the pathogenesis is based on the weakness of the spleen and stomach,which is often treated from the spleen and stomach.2.A total of 429 medical records in line with the diagnostic and inclusion criteria were searched,involving 248 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.It was found that the clinical syndrome differentiation of infertility from spleen and stomach included spleen and stomach weakness,phlegm and dampness syndrome;spleen and stomach weakness,Qi and blood deficiency syndrome;spleen and kidney deficiency,phlegm and dampness syndrome;the common treatment methods were: strengthening spleen and stomach,resolving phlegm and dampness;strengthening spleen and stomach,tonifying qi and blood;strengthening spleen and kidney,resolving phlegm and eliminating dampness Wet,etc.Licorice,tangerine peel,Codonopsis,pinellia,Astragalus and Cyperus are the most frequently used herbs.The four properties of drugs are mostly warm and flat.The five flavors of drugs are mostly sweet,pungent and bitter.The channels of drugs are spleen channel,liver channel,kidney channel,lung channel,heart channel and stomach channel.Cluster analysis was used to find 45 commonly used drug pairs including Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos;Glycyrrhiza,Poria cocos;Atractylodes macrocephala,Glycyrrhiza and so on,and the drugs involved were basically consistent with high-frequency drugs.According to the relevant indicators,23 groups of drug core combinations were obtained,and then 18 groups of potential new prescription combinations were obtained by unsupervised entropy hierarchical cluster analysis.3.By consulting the ancient books from pre Qin to Qing Dynasty and searching the literature and medical cases about the treatment of infertility by spleen and stomach in the past 25 years,combined with the treatment methods and prescriptions of the cases collected by clinical doctors,it is found that infertility is often related to the weakness of spleen and stomach,which can be combined with kidney deficiency,liver depression,phlegm dampness,blood stasis,etc According to different syndrome types,symptoms,and the situation of mixed evil,the treatment methods of tonifying kidney,soothing liver,resolving phlegm,promoting blood circulation,etc.should be used.In addition,for fear that some drugs will hurt the stomach,the spleen and stomach should be protected from time to time.Conclusion:Through the review of ancient books and the literature and medical cases of treating infertility by spleen and stomach in recent 25 years,it can be seen that the spleen and stomach are closely related to infertility,and the main treatment principles are often spleen and stomach,Qi and blood.Based on the theoretical support,Professor duxiaoli proved that the idea of treating infertility from spleen and stomach is accurate and feasible,and the clinical effect is very good.This experience can further guide clinical treatment.
