| Purpose: Through literature review,this paper discusses the theoretical basis of treating RVVC from the spleen and the clinical experience of the tutor in treating RVVC,and summarizes the drug use rules of traditional Chinese medicine in treating this disease through the research on the law of literature syndrome treatment of RVVC,so as to provide ideas and methods for clinical syndrome differentiation treatment of RVVC.Methods: 1.Literature review,analysis of the ancient and modern medical treatment of the disease theoretical basis and clinical research,and explore the spleen and dampness,ren zang two vessels,as well as related organs,liver and kidney internal relations.2.Collected the outpatient medical records about RVVC in the process of learning from clinical teachers,and sorted out and analyzed the medical records.3.By searching the literature database,the literature on TCM treatment of RVVC was summarized and sorted out,and the TCM treatment scheme and medication rules for this disease were analyzed.Results: 1.The tutor treated RVVC from the spleen.The main principle of treatment was to strengthen the spleen,nourish qi and dehumidify,and the basic prescription was to use wandai decoction.2.Through the collection of 56 literatures on the treatment of RVVC by traditional Chinese medicine over the past ten years,it is found that the clinical treatment of this disease is mainly from the spleen,the most common type is spleen deficiency dampness resistance syndrome,and the most commonly used Chinese medicine is atractylodes atractylodes.The main drugs used for atractylodes atractylodes,poria cocos,plantain seed,cortex phellodendri,licorice.Conclusion: The tutor treats the disease mainly from the spleen,with the princile of invigorating the spleen,invigorating qi and dehumidifying the spleen,which has a good clinical effect.Through the study of the literature on the treatment of RVVC by traditional Chinese medicine,the academic thought of treating RVVC from the spleen was analyzed. |
