| Objective: To explore the situation of endoscopists using the professional Internet platform of digestive endoscopy in China,and its application effect on continuing medical education of endoscopists,and analyze the related problems of continuing medical education under this mode,and put forward suggestions for improvement.Methods: Based on the app platform of doctor circle,a questionnaire was sent to all members who successfully registered on the Internet platform of Hebei biliopancreatography alliance.The questionnaire lasted for 30 days from the beginning to the end.The results of the questionnaire were collected and compared.Results: A total of 703 completed questionnaires were received by the deadline.469(66.7%)registered physicians had significant effect on their own endoscopic operation level after joining the platform,and 354(50.3%)felt that the diagnosis level of biliary and pancreatic related diseases had been significantly improved;The major factors that affect the application effect of CME are the clinical specialty of registered doctors,the time of joining the Internet platform,the time of participating in the platform activities,and whether to watch the course playback after the platform live broadcast course.Conclusion: The new continuing medical education model based on Internet platform breaks through the shackles of traditional mode and meets the individual needs of every medical worker to improve their comprehensive level.We should constantly improve the arrangement of CME curriculum content and form,establish and improve the supervision and control system and feedback mechanism,so that the Internet platform can better serve the majority of medical workers,and effectively improve the comprehensive quality of clinicians. |
