Clinical Observation On Treating Early Renal Damage Of Liver And Kidney Yin-deficiency Hypertension With Jiawei Huang Jing Si Cao Tang

Objective:Treatment of early kidney damage of liver-kidney yin-deficiency hypertension with modified Huangjing Si Cao decoction combined with conventional western medicine alone,through comparing the changes of blood pressure,laboratory indexes and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,to verify the clinical effect of Jiawei Huang Jing Si Cao decoction in the treatment of early renal damage of liver and kidney yin deficiency hypertension,and to provide a new idea for the treatment of this disease.Methods:A random range table methodology was wont to every which way divide sixty patients inclusion criteria attended the patient clinic and ward of the medicine Department of the Second Department of medicine and East field of Shijiazhuang Hospital of ancient Chinese medication from Gregorian calendar month 2020 to December 2020 and met the inclusion criteria into a bearing cluster(30 patients)and a treatment cluster(30 patients).The management cluster received oral Irbesartan tablets 150 mg 1/day and therefore the treatment cluster was treated with Jiawei Huang Jing Si Cao Tang on high of the management cluster for a amount of two months.Patients in each teams were evaluated by perceptive the changes in pressure,laboratory check indexes,TCM proof score and numerous safety indexes before and when treatment,and shedding and adverse events were recorded.SPSS25.0 applied math software package was applied to statistically analyze the relevant information,therefore on valuate the clinical efficaciousness and safety of Jiawei Huang Jing Si Cao Tang.Results:1.Blood pressure:The blood pressure of both the control group and the treatment group decreased after treatment compared with that before treatment(P<0.05);the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of patients between the two groups decreased after treatment compared with that before(P<0.05),and the blood pressure of the treatment group decreased more than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.Laboratory indicators: Serum β2 microglobulin,urine microalbumin and serum cystatin C decreased in both groups after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,the level of decrease in indicators was better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).3.Efficacy of TCM syndromes: Comparison of the effective rates between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05)and the treatment group(93.10%)was better than the control group(72.41%).4.TCM syndrome score: After treatment,the total points of patients in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,the difference was statistically significant when compared between the two groups(P<0.05).5.Safety indicators:Blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,liver function,,urine routine,stool routine,liver function,renal function and electrocardiogram(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.plus Weihuang Jing Si Cao decoction combined with conventional western medicine to treat early renal damage of liver and kidney yin deficiency type hypertension can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with waist and knee weakness,frequent nocturnal urine,tinnitus,five upset heat,dry eyes,improve the quality of life,and there is no obvious adverse reaction.2.addition of Weihuang Jing Si Cao decoction combined with western medicine can effectively control the blood pressure level of patients,reduce the level of serum β2microglobulin,urine microalbumin,serum cystatin C,delay renal damage and protect renal function.
