Objective: This project aims to observe the clinical efficacy of the combined method of Jiawei Banxiabaizhu Tianma Decoction and acupuncture on patients with transient ischemic attack of wind phlegm and blood stagnation syndrome, and to follow up the patients with transient ischemic attack The prognosis provides reference for clinical treatment of the disease. Methods: Inpatients from the Department of Brain Diseases,Qinhuangdao Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2019 to June 2020 were selected.Cases were collected strictly according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.A total of 96 patients who fit the criteria of this study were randomly divided into three observation groups. On the basis of conventional remedy, the acupuncture group was given acupoint acupuncture therapy, the traditional Chinese medicine group was given Jiawei Banxiabaizhu Tianma Decoction orally, and an acupuncture plus Chinese medication group was given Jiawei Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with acupuncture treatment. The treatment duration of the three groups was 14 days.Observe the TCM syndrome scores, blood lipids, and blood homocysteine of TIA patients before and after treatment, determine the clinical treatment effect, count the termination of TIA attacks during the treatment period, and follow up the occurrence of ischemic stroke in patients 3 months after treatment Happening.Results:(1)In terms of TCM syndrome scores: The 3 groups were compared before and after treatment, that was statistical difference(P <0.05).After being treated, the comparison of the three groups of date had clinically significant(P < 0.05).Acupuncture and Chinese medicine combined treatment group compared with the acupuncture group and traditional Chinese medicine group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the acupuncture and moxibustion group and the traditional Chinese medicine group(P>0.05).(2)In terms of total clinical effectiveness: The total clinical effectiveness of the three groups of patients after treatment was 78.13% in the acupuncture group,81.25% in the traditional Chinese medicine group, and 93.75% in the combined acupuncture and medicine group. There was a statistical difference between the three groups(P<0.05),and the curative effect was better in the combined acupuncture and medicine treatment group.(3)After treatment, the incidence of TIA termination within 7 days in the acupuncture group, traditional Chinese medicine group, and acupuncture combined treatment group were 28.13%,31.25%,and 56.25%,respectively,and within 7-14 days after treatment, the incidence of TIA termination was 68.75% and 78.13,respectively.% And 93.75%,the difference between the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the combined acupuncture and medicine treatment group can more quickly and effectively control the number of TIA attacks and reduce the incidence of stroke after 3 months.(4)Laboratory Indicators: the blood TC,TG,LDL-C and the blood homocysteine of the 3 groups were compared before and after treatment with statistical differences(P<0.05),and there was no significant statistical difference in blood HDL-C before and after treatment(P>0.05));After treatment, the TG,TC,LDL-C and the blood homocysteine values of patients in the acupuncture combined treatment group were significantly different from those of the Chinese medicine group and the acupuncture group(P < 0.05).It’s no statistical significance between the acupuncture group and the Chinese medicine group(P>0.05).(5)During the treatment period,no serious adverse events occurred in the 3 groups of patients, and there were no obvious abnormalities in the safety indicators compared with those before treatment. Conclusion: The acupuncture and moxibustion group, the traditional Chinese medicine group and the acupuncture and medicine combined treatment group are effective in treating the TCM clinical symptoms of transient ischemic attack of wind phlegm and blood stasis obstructing the collaterals, and the clinical treatment effect and control of TIA after 3months.The incidence of stroke and the reduction of blood lipids and blood Hcy levels are effective in reducing blood lipids and blood Hcy levels. However, the combined treatment of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion has a better effect on the improvement of the above conditions, and the modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction and acupuncture therapy do not appear to be serious Adverse reactions are worthy of further clinical research.
