Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Parkinson’s Disease By Scalp Acupunctuee And Huatuo Jiaji Points

Object:Compare the efficacy of conventional acupuncture and scalp acupuncture combined with Huatuo Jiaji points to treat Parkinson’s disease,and provide a new and effective treatment plan for clinical treatment.Method:ixty patients with Parkinson’s disease were randomly divided into conventional acupuncture group and Jiaji acupuncture group with 30 cases each.The two groups of patients continued to take anti-Parkinson drugs.The Jiaji acupuncture group received scalp acupuncture combined with Huatuo Jiaji acupuncture,and the conventional acupuncture group referred to the conventional acupuncture for tremor syndrome in the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" textbook.The treatment was performed once a day,acupuncture for 6days a week,1 day rest,and 28 days later to evaluate the clinical efficacy.The improved Webster Symptom Score Scale,UPDRS Score Scale,and TCM Syndrome Rating Scale were used to evaluate the improvement of the clinical symptoms of the two groups before and after treatment.Result:After 28 days of treatment,the modified Webster scale scores of the two groups of subjects were lower than before treatment(P<0.01),and the therapeutic effect of the Jiaji acupuncture group was better than that of the conventional acupuncture group(P<0.05).The scores of the UPDRS scale of the two groups of subjects were lower than before treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group was better than the conventional acupuncture group in terms of mentality,behavior,mood,and daily activities(P<0.05).In terms of motor function and total score(P<0.01),it was significantly better than the conventional acupuncture group.The scores of the TCM Syndrome Scale of the two groups of subjects were lower than before treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group was better than the conventional acupuncture group(P<0.05).After treatment,the two groups of patients in the Jiaji acupuncture group were cured 0 cases,20 cases were markedly effective,7 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was 90.00%.In the conventional acupuncture group,0 cases were cured,12 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective and 11 cases were ineffective.In 7 cases,the effective rate was 76.67%.After rank sum test,Z=-2.094,P=0.036<0.05,indicating that the therapeutic effect of the Jiaji acupuncture group was significantly better than that of the conventional acupuncture group.Conclusion:1.Scalp acupuncture combined with Huatuo Jiaji points is effective in the treatment of PD.2.Scalp acupuncture combined with Huatuo Jiaji points can effectively improve the mental,behavior and mood,daily activities and motor functions of PD patients,which is better than the conventional acupuncture group.3.Scalp acupuncture combined with Huatuo Jiaji points can improve the TCM symptoms and signs of PD patients,which is better than the conventional acupuncture group.
