Objective:To study the characteristics and influencing factors of free testosterone index in PCOS patients with phlegm-dampness syndrome and non-phlegm-dampness syndrome, explore the diagnostic and predictive value of free testosterone index in PCOS patients, and provide evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of PCOS.Methods:Based on the case data collected by the clinical scientific research information integration platform,761 PCOS patients who visited the gynecological outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2020 were retrospectively included.According to the diagnostic criteria of Chinese medicine,368 cases of phlegm-dampness syndrome and393 cases of non-phlegm-dampness syndrome were recorded. The indexes were recorded and the correlation between each index and free testosterone index was analyzed statistically to analyze the influencing factors of free testosterone index.Results:1.The FAI values of phlegm-dampness syndrome are higher than those of the non-phlegm-dampness syndrome group, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).2.In PCOS with phlegm-dampness syndrome,FAI is positively correlated with DHEAS,180-minute glucose and APOB(P<0.05).FAI is negatively correlated with FSH,PRL,SHBG,HDL,APOA,and related to systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, body weight,BMI,waist circumference, hip circumference,WHR,black spine,T,AND,60-minute glucose,120-minute glucose,FINS,30-minute insulin,60-minute insulin,120-minute insulin,180-minute insulin,IR,TG,APOB/APOA,uric acid are positively correlated, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).3.In PCOS with non-phlegm-dampness syndrome,FAI is negatively correlated with FSH;FAI is positively correlated with 180-minute glucose,LDL,and uric acid, and the difference is significant(P<0.05).FAI is negatively correlated with PRL and SHBG,and positively correlated with diastolic blood pressure, body weight,BMI,waist circumference, fat discharging, black spine,T,DHEAS,AND,60-minute glucose,120-minute glucose,FINS,60-minute insulin,120-minute insulin,180 Minute insulin,APOB,IR,FT3,TGAB(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.There is a significant difference in FAI levels between PCOS with phlegm-dampness syndrome and PCOS without phlegm-dampness syndrome. The FAI level of PCOS with phlegm-dampness syndrome is higher than that of patients with non-phlegm-dampness syndrome.2.In patients with phlegm-dampness and non-phlegm-dampness PCOS,FAI is positively correlated with body weight,BMI,acanthus nigga, uric acid,T,DHEAS,AND,IR,FINS,glucose and lipid metabolism, and negatively correlated with PRL,SHBG,FSH.3.In patients with phlegm-dampness syndrome,FAI was negatively correlated with HDL and APOA,and positively correlated with hip circumference,WHR,IR,FINS,APOB/APOA,and 30-minute insulin.4.In patients with non-phlegm and dampness,FAI is positively correlated with DHEAS,seborrhoea,LDL,APOB,FT3 and TGAB.
