The Effect Of Acupuncture At Zusanli On Temperature Of Yinlingquan Of Sub-healthy Youth

Objective:To observe the changes of temperature in Zusanli acupoint and Yinlingquan acupoint with time by acupuncture at right Zusanli acupoint of healthy and sub-healthy subjects,and to explore the correlation between stomach channel of foot yangming and spleen channel of foot taiyin at the he-sea acupoint,so as to provide the basis for the exi-li acupoint matching method.Methods:30 healthy young subjects were included as the healthy group,30 young sub-healthy subjects were included as the sub-healthy group.Both groups were kept in a closed laboratory with relatively stable temperature and humidity and rested peacefully for 40 min,then acupunctured the right Zusanli acupoint and kept the needle for 30 min,without manual operation.A digital medical infrared thermal imager(WN Ⅲ 0805)was used to observe the temperature in bilateral Zusanli acupoint area and bilateral Yinlingquan acupoint area.Including:(1)The period before acupuncture: the temperatureof each acupoint area at 5 min,10 min,20min,30 min,40min(before acupuncture);(2)The period of needle retention: the temperatureof each acupoint area at 2min,10 min,20min,30min;(3)The period needle release: the temperatureof each acupoint area at 2min,10 min,20min,30 min.Collect and input the recorded data into Excel,SPSS25.0 software was used for statistical analysis,and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.Thirty healthy subjects were included,of which one case was lost.Thirty sub-healthy subjects were included,and one case was lost.There was no statistical significance in the general information of gender and age between the two groups.2.The period before acupuncture: Resting peacefully for 5min to20 min the temperature at bilateral Zusanli and Yinlingquan acupoint area decreased significantly,and resting peacefully 20 min to 40 min became stable.3.Effect of acupuncture at right Zusanli acupoint on temperature of healthy subjects: In the healthy group,the temperature in the right Zusanli and Yinlingquan acupoint area,decreased from 2min to 30 min needle retention,and rose from 30 min needle retention to 30 min after acupuncture.There was no significant difference in the temperature between 30 min needle retention and 40 min peaceful rest in this two area.The temperature in the lift Zusanli and Yinlingquan acupoint area,decreased from 2min needle retention to 2min after acupuncture,and rose from 2min to 30 min after acupuncture.There was no significant difference in the temperature between 30 min after acupuncture and 40 min peaceful rest.4.Effect of acupuncture at right Zusanli acupoint on temperature of sub-healthy subjects: In the sub-healthy group,the temperature in the right Zusanli acupoint area,decreased from 2min to 30 min needle retention,and rose from 30 min needle retention to 30 min after acupuncture.The difference was still statistically significant in the temperature between 30 min needle retention and 40 min peaceful rest.The temperature in the lift Zusanli acupoint area,decreased from 2min needle retention to 2min after acupuncture,and rose from 2min to 30 min after acupuncture.There was significant statistical significance between30 min needle retention and 40 min peaceful rest.The temperature in the bilateral Yinlingquan acupoint area,decreased from 2min to 30 min needle retention,rose from 30 min needle retention to 2min after acupuncture,decreased from 2min to 10 min after acupuncture,and rose from 10 min to 30 min after acupuncture.There was significant statistical significance between 30 min needle retention and 40 min peaceful rest.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture at Zusanli can decrease the temperature at bilateral Zusanli and Yinlingquan acupoint in healthy and sub-healthy subjects,indicating that there is a correlation between stomach channel of foot yangming and spleen channel of foot taiyin at the he-sea acupoint.2.The temperature of healthy and sub-healthy subjects at bilateral Zusanli and Yinlingquan acupoint was different at 30 min after acupuncture,suggesting that the carryover effects of acupuncture were different in different states of the body.
