| Objective:To observe the improvement of clinical symptoms in patients with gastrointestinal symptoms of stage CKD3-5(non-dialysis)treated with warm acupuncture before and after treatment,so as to evaluate the clinical efficacy of this therapy. Methods: In this study,60 inpatients admitted to the Nephrology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to December 2022 who met the exclusion criteria of this study were selected as research objects and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion in addition to conventional basic treatment(points selected:9 acupoints including bilateral Hegu,Neiguan,Tianshu,Zusanli and Zhongwan); The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture on top of conventional basic treatment(same as the treatment group),once a day, each time with 30 minutes of needle retention,6 days of acupuncture and 1day of rest. After 3 weeks of treatment, the changes of TCM syndrome score, gastrointestinal symptom grading score, blood urea nitrogen, blood creatinine, glomerular filtration rate, hemoglobin volume and serum calcium ions in the two groups before and after treatment were compared, and statistical analysis was conducted to make systematic efficacy evaluation.Results:1.After treatment,TCM syndrome scores and gastrointestinal symptom grading scores of the two groups were decreased to varying degrees compared with before treatment, and gastrointestinal symptoms were improved more significantly in the treatment group, and the efficacy was better than that in the control group(P < 0.001).2.After treatment, blood urea nitrogen level in 2 groups was decreased compared with before treatment(P < 0.05),hemoglobin content and serum calcium ion level were increased compared with before treatment(P < 0.05),and the improvement in treatment group was better than control group(P <0.05).Compared with before treatment, serum creatinine level in 2 groups was decreased(P < 0.05),and glomerular filtration rate was increased(P <0.05),but there was no significant difference in efficacy between 2 groups(P > 0.05).3.The total effective rate was 78.57% in the treatment group and 65.52%in the control group. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Warm acupuncture and moxibustion can effectively reduce TCM syndrome score and gastrointestinal symptom grading score of patients with stage CKD3-5(non-dialysis)gastrointestinal symptoms, improve patients’ clinical symptoms.2.Warm acupuncture can effectively reduce the levels of blood creatinine and blood urea nitrogen in patients with stage CKD3-5(non-dialysis)gastrointestinal symptoms, improve glomerular filtration rate, hemoglobin volume and serum calcium ion value, and improve renal function.3.Warm acupuncture is more effective than ordinary acupuncture in treating gastrointestinal symptoms of stage CKD3-5(non-dialysis). |
