Retrospective Analysis Of Danggui Shaoyao Powder In The Treatment Of Diarrhea Type Irritable Bowel Syndrome (Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency Type)

Objective:In this study,retrospective analysis was used to explore the changes of Danggui Shaoyao Powder on the TCM syndromes of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type)and the evaluation of the severity of irritable bowel syndrome,so as to explore its clinical efficacy.METHODS:All the patients were admitted to the outpatient department of liver,spleen and stomach disease of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine between January 2018 and December2019.All patients met the diagnosis of diarrhoea-type irritable bowel syndrome(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency)and were treated with Danggui Shaoyao powder.Finally included in the medical records of 72 patients with intact,using retrospective analysis,as a way of exploring than patients before treatment and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral(Abdominal pain,stool characteristics,frequency of defecation,irritability,fullness of ribs,lack of food,body fatigue)changes,the IBS-SSS integral,then analysis Chinese angelica for shao yao powder diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome(change)the influence of the patients.The efficacy and data were evaluated by SPSS25.0 software.Results:1.TCM syndrome score: total TCM syndrome score and individual TCM syndrome score decreased significantly after treatment compared with before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate was 90%,among which 8 cases were cured,and the recovery rate was 12%.Significant effect was found in 23 cases,with significant efficiency of 32%.34 cases were effective and the effective rate was 47%.7 cases were ineffective and the inefficiency was 9%.2.Assessment of the severity of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-SSS):the IBS-SSS scores of patients after treatment were signifi-cantly lower than those before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The addition and reduction of Danggui Shaoyao Powder can significantly improve the total TCM syndrome score and individual TCM syndrome score in patients with diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome(liver depression and spleen deficiency).2.Danggui Shaoyao Powder can significantly improve the severity assessment of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-SSS).
