| Objective:This clinical study used a randomized controlled trial to observe the clinical efficacy of Professor Su Juanping’s experience in Jiawei Baizhu Shaoyao Powder to treat diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome.Objectively evaluate the efficacy and safety, and provide new clinical ideas for the treatment of diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency Methods:This study used a randomized, positive control clinical trial method,a total of120 patients with diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency were included in the inclusion criteria,They were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group according to a randomized comparison table,60 cases each. The treatment group was treated with Jiawei Baizhu Shaoyao Powder, and the control group was treated with Tongxie Ning Granule. The course of treatment was four weeks.General physical examination and routine examination were performed on both groups of patients before and after treatment. After the end of treatment, the TCM syndrome scores and clinical efficacy were evaluated objectively to evaluate the efficacy and safety. After 8 weeks of treatment,follow-up was performed to observe the recurrence rate of the treatment group and the control group,in order to evaluate the long-term efficacy of the drug. The test data was statistically analyzed and analyzed using SPSS20.0 software.Results:(1)TCM syndrome evaluation:In the treatment group(Jiawei Baizhu Shaoyao Powder),9 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly effective,24 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 88.89%.In the control group(Tongxie Ning Granules),3 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly effective,25 cases were effective, and 15 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was71.15%.The rank sum test was used,P < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant. It is suggested that Jiawei Baizhu Shaoyao Powder is more effective in treating IBS-D in liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.(2)TCM syndrome total points score comparison:The comparison between the two groups of TCM syndrome total scores at the time of enrollment,P>0.05,thedifference was not statistically significant and comparable.Comparison of the total scores of TCM syndromes after treatment,P<0.05,indicating that the comparison is statistically significant. It is suggested that Jiawei Baizhu Shaoyao Powder is more effective in improving the syndrome effect of TCM.The paired sample t-test was used to compare the total scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment in both groups.P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant. It is indicated that Jiawei Baizhu Shaoyao Powder and Tongxie Ning Granules have curative effect on improving the syndrome of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.(3)Comparison of main symptoms and secondary syndrome points:Before the treatment, the rank sum test was used to compare P and P>0.05,which were not statistically significant and comparable. After different treatments, the two groups of patients had different degrees of improvement in the main symptoms. The effect of Jiawei Baizhu Shaoyao Powder in “abdominal pain”and “two flank fullness” was significantly better than that of Tongxie Ning granules(P<0.01);it was better than“control group” in “diarrhea”,“impatient irritability” and “tiring fatigue”(P<0.05);the two groups of drugs were equally effective in “naked”(P>0.05,no statistical significance).(4)Recurrence rate: The recurrence rate of Jiaxu Baizhu Shaoyao Powder group was13.33%,and the recurrence rate of Tongxie Ning Granule group was 34.15%.It is suggested that the long-term effect of Jiawei Baizhu Shaoyao Powder is better than that of Tongxie Ning Granule. Conclusion:Jiawei Baizhu Shaoyao Powder is more effective than Tongxie Ning Granule in treating diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome. It can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type IBS-D.No adverse reactions are found and it is safe. The long-term effect is considerable and worthy of clinical promotion. |
