Clinical Observation Of Shugan Bushen Decoction In The Treatment Of Thyroid Nodules With Hyperplasia Of Mammary Glands

Purposes:Through theoretical discussion,explain the etiology,pathogenesis,treatment,and correlation of thyroid nodules(TN)and breast hyperplasia,and use Shugan Bushen Decoction to treat "liver depression and kidney deficiency" type thyroid nodules with breast hyperplasia to observe,To evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety.Methods: Sixty patients who met the research criteria were selected and given Shugan Bushen Decoction for 12 weeks on the basis of maintaining a good lifestyle.Observe the maximum diameter of thyroid nodules before and after treatment,the texture and size of breast masses,breast pain,thyroid function,changes in TCM syndrome scores,and their influence on safety observation indicators.Results:1.The total score of TCM syndromes before treatment was18.75±5.96,and after treatment was 10.16±5.38,the scores before and after treatment decreased(P < 0.05);2.The individual scores of TCM syndromes decreased compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05);3.The total effective rate of TCM syndrome analysis is 85.71%,markedly effective 10(17.86%),effective 38(67.86%),and ineffective 8(14.29%);4.The maximum thyroid nodule diameter is 1.01±0.23 cm before treatment and after treatment0.56±0.24 cm,it was significantly reduced before and after(P< 0.05),and the total effective rate of thyroid nodules was 80%;5.The size,texture,and breast pain scores of the breast mass before treatment were 3.48±1.11,6.48±2.48,16.07±5.96,the size,texture,and breast pain scores of breast lumps after treatment were 1.55±1.62,3.21±3.61,8.57±4.41,respectively,and all of them decreased(P< 0.05).The curative effect of breast hyperplasia is always The efficiency is up to 82%;6.After treatment,45 patients with both diseases were effective,with a total clinical effective rate of 80.00%;7.There were no abnormalities in hematuria and stool routine,liver and kidney function,and thyroid function before and after treatment,and there were no common adverse reactions during the treatment.Conclusion:1.Shugan Bushen Decoction can reduce the TCM syndrome scores of patients with liver-stagnation and kidney-deficiency thyroid nodules combined with hyperplasia of mammary glands,and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients.2.Shugan Bushen Decoction can reduce the diameter of thyroid nodules in patients with liver-stagnation and kidney-deficiency thyroid nodules combined with breast hyperplasia.3.Shugan Bushen Decoction can reduce the diameter of breast masses,improve the texture of breast masses,and reduce breast pain in patients with liver-stagnation and kidney-deficiency thyroid nodules combined with breast hyperplasia.4.Shugan Bushen Decoction has a good clinical effect in treating thyroid nodules with liver depression and kidney deficiency combined with hyperplasia of mammary glands.5.Shugan Bushen Decoction in the treatment of liver-stagnation and kidney-deficiency type thyroid nodules with hyperplasia of mammary glands has a strong compliance,no obvious side effects,and good safety.
