| Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of needle knife therapy combined with modified Haitongpi Decoction in the treatment of plantar fasciitis. Methods:From December 2018 to June 2020,60 patients in the Outpatient Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected. The patients were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method, namely the treatment group of needle knife therapy combined with addition and subtraction of Haitongpi Decoction and the control group of extracorporeal shock wave combined with addition and subtraction of Haitongpi Decoction,30 cases in each group, sign informed consent before entering the group. The course of treatment for both groups was two weeks.Follow-ups were performed before treatment,1 week after treatment,4 weeks after treatment, and 6 months after treatment. The improvement of clinical symptoms of each group was evaluated by comparing the changes in the VAS score and the AOFAS scale score of the two groups before and after treatment. The curative effect evaluation standard is drawn up according to the "Guiding Principles for Clinical Research of New Chinese Medicines".The curative effect of the treatment group and the control group is compared before and after treatment Results:1.The total effective rates of the treatment group were 96.67%,96.67,and 93.33% at 1 week after treatment,4 weeks after treatment, and half a year after treatment, respectively, which were higher than those of the control group at 73.33%,70.00%,and 66.67%.<0.05).2.There was no statistical difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups at 1 week and 4 weeks after treatment, and there was a statistical difference in the recurrence rate half a year after treatment(P<0.05).After half a year of treatment, the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 6.67%significantly lower than that of the control group 26.67%.3.The VAS score and AOFAS score in the two groups of patients improved after 1 week,4 weeks, and half a year after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The VAS scores and AOFAS scores between the two groups of patients were different after 1 week,4 weeks, and half a year after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion1.Needle knife therapy combined with modified Haitongpi decoction and shock wave combined with modified Haitongpi decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of patients;needle knife therapy combined with modified Haitongpi decoction can improve the patient’s clinical symptoms; The effect is more significant.2.Needle knife therapy combined with modified Haitongpi Decoction is effective in treating plantar fasciitis, which is better than shock wave combined with modified Haitongpi Decoction in the treatment of plantar fasciitis.3.The recurrence rate of needle knife therapy combined with modified Haitongpi decoction in the treatment of plantar fasciitis is lower than that of shock wave combined with modified Haitongpi decoction in the treatment of plantar fasciitis, and the long-term curative effect is more consolidated. |
