Observation On The Clinical Curative Effect Of Small Needle Knife On Plantar Fasciitis

Objective:By observing the clinical effect of small needle knife for plantar fasciitis,we can know the value of small needle knife for plantar fasciitis.Methods: Selecting the 60 patients of plantar fasciitisin of Zhangzhou Traditional Hospital from September 2019 to December 2020.They are randomly divided into the test groups and control groups.The test groups is treated by small needle knife,and the others are treated by celecoxib.Throughing the patient’s VAS score and AOFAS score,and using SPSS20.0 software to collecting data with the method of statistical analysis.Results:1.There is no statistically significant difference in gender and age between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).2.There is no significant difference between the two groups of patients before treatment in VAS score and AOFAS score(P>0.05).3.VAS score: Comparing among the groups: VAS scores of 1 week,2 weeks,and 4weeks after treatment,the test group is all lower than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);comparing within the groups: two groups of the VAS scores were compared in a pairs at the four time points.The VAS scores decreasing by the rising of time,and the difference of VAS score have statistical significance(P<0.05).4.AOFAS score: The scores of AOFAS after treating the 1 week,2 weeks,and 4 weeks,the test group is all higher than the control group,the difference of AOFAS have important statistical significance(P<0.05);Comparing among the groups:two groups of the AOFAS scores were compared in a pairs at the four time points.The activity of AOFAS always decreasing with the rising of time,and the difference of AOFAS have statistical significance(P<0.05).5.The results of clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of the test group was 100.00%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 93.10%.The test groups of clinical efficacy is better than the control groups,and the difference of clinical efficacy have statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of plantar fasciitis with a small needle knife can effectively relieve the pain and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.It is more effective than oral celecoxib treatment and is worthy of clinical promotion.
