Yinhuang Lotion Ta Stain Method To Treat Decay Stasis Toxin Type Of Lower Limb Arteriosclerosis Occlusion Ulcer Disease Clinical Observation

Objective:Observe the clinical treatment effect of Yinhuang lotion on the ulcer of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans caused by blood stasis and poisonous decay.Through statistical analysis of the patient’s ulcer surface area,ulcer surface depth and other clinical indicators,it is confirmed that Yinhuang lotion is stained.The clinical efficacy of the method provides more references for the treatment of lower limb arteriosclerosis occlusion.Methods:A total of 44 patients who were treated in the Department of Peripheral Vascular Diseases of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to March 2021 and met the inclusion criteria were selected.The random number table method was used to randomly divide them into a treatment group and a control group,each group 22 cases each.In the treatment group,the ulcer was treated with Yinhuang Lotion on the basis of the treatment;the control group was treated with Kangfuxin Liquid on the ulcer on the basis of the treatment.After 14 days,the patient’s ulcer surface area,ulcer surface depth,ulcer surface granulation tissue area,ulcer surface pain,ulcer surface exudation,white blood cell count,C-reactive protein,ABI and other indicators were observed,and statistical analysis was performed.Results:1.After 14 days of treatment,the ulcer surface area,ulcer surface depth,ulcer surface granulation tissue area,ulcer surface pain,ulcer surface exudation,white blood cell count,C-reactive protein,ABI and other indicators were compared with those before treatment in the two groups which have improved significantly.(~aP<0.05)2.After 14 days of treatment,the ulcer surface area,ulcer surface depth,ulcer surface granulation tissue area,white blood cell count,and ABI of the treatment group were compared with the control group.The effect of the treatment group was more effective(~bP<0.05);the treatment group had better ulcer surface pain and ulcer surface exudation,C-reactive protein and the control group were compared between the two groups,there was no difference in the effects of the two groups(~bP>0.05);the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 95.45%and 90.91%,respectively,and the treatment group had better efficacy than the control group.Conclusion:1.Yinhuang lotion and staining method can effectively treat the ulcer of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans caused by stagnation and poisoning,and its clinical effect is better than that of Kangfuxin liquid.2.Yinhuang lotion is better than Kangfuxin liquid in anti-inflammatory,promoting the growth of granulation tissue and promoting wound healing.
