Clinical Study Of Yinhuang Lotion In Treating Acute Eczema With Dampness-heat Accumulation

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yinhuang lotion in the treatment of acute eczema of damp-heat accumulation type,explore its mechanism of action,and verify the safety and clinical application value of Yinhuang lotion in treating this disease.Methods:Seventy-two subjects who met the inclusion criteria were selected.36 patients in the treatment group were treated with Yinhuang lotion,36 patients in the control group were treated with 3% boric acid lotion,and both groups were treated with oral loratadine hydrochloride as the basic treatment.There are two courses of treatment,one for one week.Before treatment,after 1 course of treatment and 2 courses of treatment,the area and severity score of skin lesions(EASI),the score of itching degree,the score of the quality of life scale of dermatosis(DLQI),the score of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and adverse reactions of the two groups of subjects were recorded.The curative effect was determined after the end of treatment,and the recurrence was recorded at the fourth and eighth weeks after the end of treatment.Results:In the course of observation,9 cases(treatment group: 4 cases,control group: 5 cases)were excluded and dropped out due to poor compliance of patients,voluntary withdrawal,loss of visit and other reasons.There were 32 cases and 31 cases in the final treatment group and the control group respectively.(1)The baseline data(sex,age,course of disease,and condition data before treatment)of the two groups were comparable(P>0.05).(2)At the end of the first week of treatment,the EASI score of the treatment group was compared with that of the control group(P<0.05);Comparison between groups,P>0.05;The itching degree,TCM syndromes and DLQI scores of the two groups were compared between and within the group(P<0.05).(3)After the course of treatment,the scores of EASI,itching degree,TCM syndromes and DLQI in the treatment group and the control group were compared between the two groups(P<0.05).(4)After the course of treatment,the total effective rate and the effective rate of the treatment group were 87.5% and 60.7% respectively;The total effective rate and recovery rate of the control group were 77.4% and 33.3%respectively;Compared with the control group,the treatment group was better than the control group in terms of comprehensive curative effect and recovery rate(P<0.05).(5)The recurrence rate of the two groups was compared(P>0.05).(6)During the course of treatment,there were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups,and the safety was determined as Grade 1(safety).Conclusion:(1)After the course of treatment,the patients in both groups were significantly relieved in terms of EASI,itching degree,TCM syndrome and DLQI score;(2)The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving EASI,itching degree,TCM syndrome and DLQI score;(3)In this study,there is no difference in recurrence and safety between the two groups,the comprehensive efficacy and recovery rate of the treatment group were higher than control group.It shows that Yinhuang lotion is safe and effective in the treatment of acute eczema of damp-heat accumulation type,which is worthy of promotion.
