| Sudden deafness,also known as idiopathic deafness,refers to the rapid occurrence of sensorineural deafness within three days,one of the three emergency cases of otolaryngology.Stress,irregular diet,staying up all night and other factors can cause sudden deafness.In recent years,the number of people suffering from sudden deafness has increased rapidly,and the minimum age for sudden deafness has been set new.Treatment of sudden deafness is urgent.In order to pursue holistic treatment and syndrome differentiation,patients place their hopes on TCM.Objective:In the Qing Dynasty,Wang Qingren used Tongqiaoxue Huoxue Decoction to treat alopecia areata,rosacea,consumption,headache,deafness and other diseases in "Yi Lin Correct Errors".On the basis of this prescription,he added or subtraction traditional Chinese medicine to form deafness Decoction.By studying the clinical effect of deafness Decoction in the treatment of sudden deafness of Qi stagnation and blood stasis,a more lasting and faster treatment method for sudden deafness was explored.Methods: According to the syndrome differentiation and classification of patients with sudden deafness,the sample standard of patients with sudden deafness was established based on the diagnosis standard of TCM syndrome differentiation(type of qi stagnation and blood stasis)and western medicine diagnosis standard.Sixty patients(60 ears)with sudden deafness meeting the sample criteria were selected and randomly divided into observation group(30ears)and control group(30 ears).In the control group,2m L progesterone injection was added with 10 m L normal saline,20 m L Shuxuaning was added with 250 m L 5% glucose,and the drug mecobalamin was taken orally three times a day.On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,the observation group took tongqiaoxue Huoxue decoction consisting of14 traditional Chinese medicines including Salvia miltiorrhiza,Ligusticum chuanxiong,red peony root,peach seed,Safflower,Angelica,Radix Bupleurae,Radix Puerariae,Passepartout,Rhizoma alba,ginger,jujube and liquorice,two bags a day,warm in the morning,evening and after meals,stop one day for six days.One course of treatment lasted for 14 days.Pure tone electroaudiometry and hemorheology were performed before and after treatment,respectively,and the corresponding results were recorded,and then analyzed in SPSS20.0 software.Results:According to the established criteria,a total of 60 patients with sudden deafness were included in this study,and there was no difference in gender between the two groups(P>0.05);There were 12 young patients(aged 22-40),31 middle-aged patients(aged 41-60),and 27 elderly patients(aged 61-80).There was no difference in age between the two groups(P>0.05);There were 10 cases of mild disease,35 cases of moderate disease,13 cases of moderate severe disease,1 case of severe disease,and 1 case of very severe disease.There was no difference in pre-treatment condition between the two groups(P>0.05).After 14 days of treatment,when the pure tone electrical audiometry indexes were measured,the d B value after treatment was significantly improved in both groups compared with that before treatment,and the treatment effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);When measuring the whole blood high shear viscosity indexes,the whole blood high shear viscosity indexes after treatment in 2 groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment,and the treatment effect of observation group was better than control group(P<0.05);When measuring the whole blood low shear viscosity indexes,the whole blood low shear viscosity indexes after treatment in 2 groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment,and the treatment effect of observation group was better than control group(P<0.05);When measuring the plasma viscosity,the plasma viscosity indexes in both groups were significantly improved after treatment compared with before treatment,and the treatment effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);The effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);The effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);The effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);The effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in clinical scores when measuring TCM symptom nausea and vomiting scores(P>0.05).In the observation group,5 cases were cured,9 cases showed obvious effect and 7 cases were effective.The total effective rate was66.6%.In the control group,3 cases were cured,6 cases were significantly effective,and 6cases were effective.The total effective rate was 50%.The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the total effective rate was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Sudden deafness can occur at any age,but is more likely to occur in middle-aged women.2.The therapeutic effect of deafness soup combined with conventional western medicine is obviously better than that of conventional western medicine.3.Treatment of sudden deafness(qi stagnation and blood stasis)with deafness soup has obvious effect and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
