Change And Clinical Significance Of Serum IL-8,TNF-α Levels On Treatment Of COPD Edema Syndrome Due To Yang Deficiency Treated By Zhenwu Decoction And Wuling Powder

Observe: The clinical efficacy of Zhenwu Decoction and Wuling Powder and western medicine in the treatment of AECOPD edema syndrome due to Yang deficiency,and the effects on relevant inflammation factors IL-8,TNF-α.Methods: 42 patients with AECOPD edema syndrome due to Yang deficiency were divided in the control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 20 cases in the control group and 22 cases in the observation group,respectively.The control group received the conventional western medicine treatment and the observation group took the Zhenwu Decoction and Wuling Powder orally for treatment,with the course of treatment of 10 d for two groups.The clinical efficacy,credits of primary and secondary symptoms,CAT and m MRC rating scale of two groups of patients were observed and the safety assessment was carried out.ELISA was adopted to detect the WBC,NEUT%,IL-8 and TNF-α.Results: The effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 95.4% and 85.0%,there is a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After the treatment,The total score of the observation group decreased more significantly(P < 0.05);among which,the expectoration,chest tightness,palpitation and difficult urination scores were significantly superior to the control group(P<0.05).CAT and m MRC score of two groups of patients were significantly reduced when comparing with that before the treatment(P<0.05),After the treatment,the serum NEUT%,IL-8,TNF-α of two groups of patients and serum WBC level of the observation group were reduced(P<0.05);The reduction level of the serum NEUT%,IL-8 and TNF-α level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the heart rate and respiration of the two groups and the systolic blood pressure of the observation group were decreased,and the heart rate and respiration of the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of Zhenwu Decoction and Wuling Powder and western medicine on AECOPD could effectively improve the clinical symptom of patients,increase the curative efficacy and significantly reduce the IL-8 and TNF-α level.It is worthy of popularization and application.
