To Observe The Clinical Efficacy Of Mahuang-fuzi-xixin Decoction And Wuling Powder Therapy For Children With Primary Nephrotic Syndrome On Feng Shui Combination

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Mahuang-Fuzi-Xixin decoction and Wuling powder therapy for children with primary nephrotic syndrome on Feng Shui combination,and to explore the advantages of Mahuang-Fuzi-Xixin decoction and Wuling powder in the treatment of this disease.Method: According to the registration order,60 patients were divided into two groups.Patients in the control group were given conventional western medicine treatment,on the basis,Patients in the treatment group were added with Mahuang-Fuzi-Xixin decoction and Wuling powder.The changes of clinical efficacy,the scores of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes,individual symptom scores,24 hours urine volumes and urine protein,serum albumin,urinalysis,liver and kidney function were observed between the two groups before and after the treatment.Clinical observation for 2 weeks.Result:(1)The effective rate of treatment group and control group was 90%and 83.33%,respectively,with significant differences between groups(P<0.05)(2)The total scores of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes after treatment in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P <0.05),and two groups of comparisons had the significance difference(P<0.05),which showed the efficacy in treatment group than the control group.The comparison of individual symptom scores,after the treatment,the secondary symptoms integral were no significantly difference in the two groups(P > 0.05).However,the main symptoms integral were significantly difference in the two groups(P < 0.05),which showed that the treatment group had better effective treatment to edema,albuminuria and blood in urine.(3)Both of the two group could increase the levels of seralbumin,reduce the 24 hour ration volume of urine protein and increae urine(P <0.05),those in the treatment group increased more obviously,compare the differences between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)There was no significant adverse effects and every safe index was normal in both groups during the treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions: the clinical obervation confirmed that Mahuang-Fuzi-Xixin decoction and Wuling power in the treatment of Feng Shui combination of primary nephrotic syndrome had definite clinical effect.There were evident curative effect in increasing the levels of seralbumin,reducing the24 hour ration volume of urine protein and increaing urine.It could significantly improve the edema,urinary protein,and urinary hemorrhage and other symptoms of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and there was no significant adverse effects and every safe index was normal in both groups during the treatment.Therefore it was worthy of clinical application and further improvement.
