Research On The Disciplinary Evaluation Index System Of Tertiary A Public Hospitals In Chongqing

Objective: To construct a discipline evaluation index system for tertiary public hospitals in Chongqing,scientifically evaluate the internal discipline level of tertiary public hospitals in Chongqing,measure the status of hospital discipline development,guide the direction of hospital discipline construction,and improve the overall medical service quality of tertiary public hospitals in Chongqing.Method: Based on domestic and foreign literature research and policy text measurement method,combined with the insider interview method,the subject evaluation index system of Chongqing’s tertiary public hospitals was initially constructed;through the Delphi method,twenty experts were consulted,and the boundary value method was used to screen the indicators.After two rounds of opinions and feedback,the discipline evaluation index system of Chongqing’s tertiary public hospitals was established;the questionnaire survey experts were used to compare and judge the importance of each index,and the analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate the weight value of each index;A tertiary public hospital in Chongqing conducted an empirical study,interviewed hospital staff to determine the scoring rules,selected four disciplines through stratified random sampling,and conducted discipline evaluation verification.Results: The positive coefficient of experts was 95.24% in the first round and 100% in the second round;the expert familiarity Cs was 0.82,the judgment basis Ca was 0.93,and the authority coefficient Cr was0.875;the coordination coefficient w of the three-level indicators was changed from the first round.0.379 increased to 0.507 in the second round;the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of the second-level index was0.740,and the third-level index was 0.957;the S-CVI/Ave of the third-level index was 0.917;Constructed three levels,five dimensions,fifteen aspects and fifty specific content of Chongqing’s tertiary public hospital discipline evaluation index system,the index weight calculation total order consistency CR=0 or CR<0.1;the discipline scoring results of the index system are consistent with the actual situation.Conclusion: In the Delphi method,consulting experts are highly motivated and authoritative,and the two rounds of expert opinions have a good convergence.The internal consistency and reliability of the discipline evaluation index system for Chongqing’s tertiary public hospitals is relatively good,and it is consistent with the subject content to be evaluated.The degree of agreement is high,the index weight distribution is more reasonable,and the index system is more practical.
