Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Cervical Vertigo Of Phlegm Dampness Type By “Tong Ren Tiao Du Acupuncture”

Research purposes :Through the observation of the clinical curative effect of ’ Tong Ren Tiao Du acupuncture ’ and conventional acupuncture in the treatment of cervical vertigo with phlegm-dampness obstruction,the clinical curative effect of the two acupuncture methods was objectively evaluated and compared.’Based on data exploring,we could find the regulation of acupoint selection in acupuncture cure of cervical vertigo,and give an evidence for it.Tong Ren Tiao Du acupuncture method ’ is based on the theory of regulating Ren and Du meridians,regulating yin and yang,dredging triple energizers,warming yang and resolving phlegm.It provides effective clinical trial data and novel treatment ideas for acupuncture treatment of this disease,and provides reference for clinical application and promotion of this method.Research methods :In this study,we selected 60 outpatients from the acupuncture clinical department between April 2020 and January 2021,Which were accordance with the accepting criteria.There were no cases of detachment,interruption and elimination during the treatment.They were split into two sets at will,in which 30 patients were,and the observer group(the acupuncture group for ’ Tong Ren Tiao Du acupuncture)and the control group(routine acupuncture group).Observer group acupuncture point : Shangxing,Halo hearing area,Dazhui,Huagai,Danzhong,Jianli,Qihai,Zhongzhu,Diji,Leaky Valley.The control group acupuncture point: Baihui,Touwei,Fengchi,Neiguan,Hegu,Yinlingquan,Zusanli,Fenglong,Taichong.Patients in both groups were treated with lateral position,and used a certain reinforcing and reducing manipulation,once a day,25 minutes each time.The treatment consisted of 2 courses,and each courses were 7 days.After 1courses ended,they would rest 3 days,and then another course would begin.In addition,before the therapeutic process,after two courses of the therapeutic process and follow-up,the ESCV and TCMSSS were registered to understand the indicators.Lastly,using SPSS23.0 software analyze the data.The change of illness and clinical efficacy before and after therapy were impersonally appraised by contrast within and between groups.By the document retrieval of clinical Chinese about acupuncture treatment of CV in CNKI in recent five years,After sifting,76 articles were chosen,114 acupuncture prescriptions and 96 acupuncture point were selected,and the database was established.SPSS23.0 was used for descriptive analysis and cluster analysis to explore-the rules of acupoint selection.Results :1.Before treatment :1.We contrasted two groups in the sexual distinction,age and course of disease,and then we knew that P values are greater than 0.05;We would find that P values are greater than 0.05,which stood for no statistical purport by comparing two groups with ESCV whole integral,each field integral,and TCMSSS whole integral,so we can know two groups of patients were comparable.2.Comparison of ESCV integrals after treatment :(1)Intra group contrast:Contrasting the whole integrals of ESCV in the two groups by making a pair t test,we could find that P < 0.05,with meaning difference;We added up each field integrals of the two groups by rank sum test,and come to a conclusion that the P values were all less than 0.05.(2)Comparison between groups : With the different stages of the therapeutic process,we would contrast between the whole integral of ESCV scale of the two groups,and then we could calculate them and know P < 0.05,which stood for no meaning purport by statistics.And we would use rank sum test to compare with the integrals of ESCV scale in each field of the two groups.So the two group were meaning different in dizziness,neck and shoulder pain,headache,mental and social adaptation.Day-to-day living and job : P = 0.205 > 0.05,which showed that the difference was not important.3.Comparison of TCMSSS integrals after treatment :(1)contrast within the group : Contrasting the whole integrals of TCMSSS in the two groups,P < 0.05 was found by paired t test,and the difference was significant.(2)contrast between groups : After two courses of treatment and follow-up,we used rank sum test to contrast the TCMSSS integrals of two groups,and we can find P < 0.05,with significant difference.4.By contrasting to the two groups after therapy in the whole curative effect:,we could find curative effect ratio of the observer group was 90 %,and that of the control group was 80 %.After rank sum test,P < 0.05,there was no meaning purport by statistics,with statistical significance;The average rank of observation group and control group were 26.12 and 34.88 respectively,which was prompted that the observer group is better than the control group in treating cervical vertigo of phlegm-dampness middle resistance.5.Literature research results : The top eight acupuncture points in the treatment of cervical vertigo were Fengchi,Baihui,cervical Jiaji,Tianzhu,Zusanli,Neiguan,Dazhui and Fenglong.The most frequently selected meridian is Du meridian,the frequency is 124 times.According to the location of acupoints,the frequency of acupoints in head,neck and neck was the most,which was 327 times,and the frequency was 45.04 %.limb acupoints use frequency,228 times,the frequency is31.41 %;A whole of 638 specific acupoints appeared,and the frequency of acupoints used in this study was 87.88 %.Among them,the use of rendezvous point is the most,270 times,the frequency is 37.19 %;Common acupoints are Baihui-Fengchi,Fenglong-Taichong-Neiguan,etc.Research conclusions :1.Tong Ren Tiao Du acupuncture and conventional acupuncture can effectively treat cervical vertigo,relieve clinical symptoms,improve function.2.The therapeutic effect of Tong Ren Tiao Du acupuncture on cervical vertigo with phlegm-dampness obstruction is better,and it can ensure a certain effect in the short-term follow-up.The therapeutic effect is higher than that of conventional acupuncture.3.Tong Ren Tiao Du acupuncture is superior to conventional acupuncture in dizziness,neck and shoulder pain,headache,mental and social adaptation.Literature research : Acupuncture treatment of cervical vertigo frequency in the top eight acupoints were Fengchi,Baihui,cervical Jiaji,Tianzhu,Zusanli,Neiguan,Dazhui,Fenglong;Common acupoints combinations are : Baihui-fengchi,Fenglong-taichong-neiguan;Select more governor vessels;Acupuncture mainly for head and neck and limbs;In the prescription,local acupuncture point and far-end acupuncture point are often used together.In addition,the selected acupuncture point are mostly intersection points of specific acupuncture point.
