Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the acupuncture group by strengthening the spleen and removing phlegm and the routine acupuncture group in treating patients with cervical vertigo of the middle resistance type of phlegm-dampness,to analyze and compare the clinical efficacy differences between the two treatment methods,it is expected to provide some new thinking for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of cervical vertigo of phlegm-dampness intermediate resistance type. Methods:Using the method of small-sample randomized controlled trial,72 patients with cervical vertigo of phlegm-dampness moderate resistance type were randomly divided into two groups by random number table method,36 cases in the treatment group and 36 cases in the control group. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture by strengthening the spleen and removing phlegm, and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture, both for 2 courses of treatment, and the cervical vertigo symptoms and function evaluation scale(ESCV),TCM Symptom Score Scale(TCMSSS)score and other clinical data, then evaluate clinical efficacy.Result:1.General information:There were no significant differences in gender, age and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Efficacy indicators:after treatment, the TCMSSS scores of the two groups of patients were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the ESCV total scores were significantly increased(P<0.05).frequency,dizziness duration),neck and shoulder pain score, headache score, life and work score, psychological and social adaptability score were all improved(P<0.05),and in addition to work score, the improvement degree of the above scores in the treatment group All were better than the control group(P<0.05).3.Clinical efficacy:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 86.11%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture for strengthening the spleen and removing phlegm and conventional acupuncture can both improve the TCM symptoms and the degree, frequency, duration of dizziness, neck and shoulder pain, and headache in patients with phlegm-damp middle-resistance type cervical vertigo, improve the quality of life and work, and improve psychological and social adaptation functions.2.The clinical efficacy of acupuncture for strengthening the spleen and removing phlegm in the treatment of phlegm-dampness middle-resistance type cervical vertigo is significantly better than that of conventional acupuncture.
