Clinical Observation Of Shufeng Pinggan Zhidong Decoction In Treating Tic Disorder Of Atopic Children (Hyperactive Liver Syndrome)

ObjectiveBased on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,from the point of view of disease differentiation,syndrome differentiation and body differentiation,through observing the clinical curative effect of Shufeng Pinggan Zhidong decoction on Tourette’s syndrome of hyperactivity of the liver in atopic children,to provide an effective and safe TCM therapy for the clinical treatment of children with Exhyperactivity syndrome.MethodsFrom December 1,2019 to January 1,2021,the Department of Pediatrics at the clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University,93 children met the inclusion standards,and were randomly divided into groups A,B and C according to the randomized digital table method.Group A was given "Shufeng Pinggan Zhidong decoction",a tutor’s experience,Group B was given Tianma Gouteng decoction plus or minus MONTELUKAST sodium chewable tablets,and group C was given Tianma Gouteng decoction plus or minus,one dose daily,decoction,morning and evening,for 6 weeks.The Yale Comprehensive Extraction Severity Scale(The Yale Global Tic Severity Scale,YGTSS)and TCM syndrome score were measured before treatment,2 weeks,4 weeks and 6 weeks after treatment,counted laboratory test indicators and adverse reaction events of liver and renal function,and analyzed using SPSS 26.0 to obtain the results.Results1.There were no statistical differences among the three groups in gender,age distribution,disease course,tic severity,YGTSS score before treatment and TCM syndrome score(p > 0.05).2.After treatment,the three YGTSS scores were significantly decreased,showing that the three groups could improve the symptoms of aspiration disorder(hypermotility syndrome in children with atopic constitution).Compared between groups,A group fell more significantly than B and C,and B group fell significantly than C,so wind flat liver soup group and gastrodia elata sodium chewing tablet treatment effect is better than gastrodia elata hooked vine decoction group,indicating that anti-allergy treatment effect is better,and wind flat liver soup group in reducing the symptoms of children with traction disorders.3.After treatment,all the three groups of TCM syndrome scores were reduced,suggesting that all the three groups could improve the TCM syndrome syndrome of children with aspiration disorder(liver hyperactivity syndrome and hyperconditioning syndrome).Compared between A and B and C,A had the lowest scores and the most scores,indicating that the effect of the most significant.4.After treatment,2 clinical control,21 effective,3 effective,4 ineffective,86.67%,9effective,12 effective,5 effective,81.48%,0,4 effective,15 effective,11 ineffective and total efficiency of 63.33%.A and B were more efficient than C,and A were more efficient than B,indicating that the group was most efficient;90.00%,77.78% of B and 66.67%.By comparison,A and C(p> 0.05),indicating that combined allergy resistance was always more efficient in TCM syndrome in children with special stress constitution.5.The three different time YGTSS scores and TCM syndrome scores were compared,varying over time between YGTSS and TCM syndrome scores(time factor p< 0.05,time and group interaction p< 0.05),indicating that the three treatment effects changed over time.Group A and B differ from pre-treatment YGTSS score after 2 weeks of treatment,C group after 4 weeks after treatment,indicating faster effect in children with anti-allergic therapy;A group from B and C,while B and C group after 4 weeks after treatment,indicating that wind flat liver stop soup group had low scores and quick effect.6.No abnormalities were observed in hepatic and renal function laboratory tests performed before and after the study.During treatment,1 case of diarrhea loss after children in group C,no adverse reaction events in group B in group A and no statistical difference in safety in the three groups(p> 0.05).Conclusion1.The clinical effect of Shufeng Pinggan Zhidong decoction in treating tic disorder of children with atopic constitution(hyperactivity of liver and wind syndrome)is obviously better than that of the other two groups,high Safety,good prognosis.2.Combination of anti-allergy therapy is more effective in improving the symptoms and TCM syndromes of tic disorder in children with atopic constitution,which provides a new method for clinical treatment of tic disorder in children.
