Research purposes:This study is guided by TCM theory and clinical experience as a reference. The combination of theory and experience highlights the value and merits of acupuncture at Cervical Arm Points and Cervical Jiaji Points to a greater extent.,To make it clear to the sea of acupuncture research. There is a difference if there is contrast, and it can stand alone in comparison with conventional acupuncture, which can be used as a new approach and method for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. It is hoped that this acupuncture method can be widely used in clinical practice,so as to bring practical and feasible curative effects to the suffering patients. In the case of improving the main symptoms of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, the symptoms can also be solved.Research methods:This study had 60 patients with CSR,and all of them reached the criteria. These patients were all from the First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. These patients were divided into different groups, patients in groups was equal to30 cases. The first group was cured with acupuncture at the Jingbi points and with the neck Jiaji acupoints, and the other with normal treatment. These groups had the same time,it had five days a week. Two weeks is a course, and all had two courses. The 20-point scale for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(see Table 2 in the appendix)and the short-form Mc Gill pain questionnaire(see Table 3 in the appendix)are important items for the evaluation of curative effects, which can help us to compare scores and in-depth analysis. We had the SPSS22.0 statistical software in this study, and the count data with chi-square test, and the measurement data with the mean ± standard deviation(x ± s).If these data meet the benchmark,we can use the t-test.We can use the rank-sum test if the data does not meet and it meet the clinical data. The test standard α =0.05,and the P value<0.05 is considered as significant difference.Research result:1.In the baseline data, which were statistically analyzed.p>0.05 was no significant difference, and the two groups are comparable.2.After the analysis of the t-test and the rank-sum test, the intra-group scores were reduced by the simplified Mc Gill pain score and the 20-point physical sign quantitative score, indicating that the treatment methods of both groups are effective;the between-group scores are after the rank-sum test analysis, and the p<0.05 was no significant difference, the treatment group was better.3.The clinical efficacy groups(first was treatment, second was nomal): the first group :cured6,markedly effective 15,effective 8,ineffective 1 case, with a total effective rate of 96.66%;the other cured 2,markedly effective 6,effective 17,ineffective 5.The total effective rate is83.33%.The result of the two groups : z=-3.299,p=0.001(p<0.05),and the difference is significant.so,the treatment group was better. Conclusion:This study shows that the above two acupuncture treatments are effective in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, and the acupuncture method of the treatment group is better than conventional methods in alleviating and curing symptoms such as neck discomfort, upper limb numbness or pain.Acupuncture treatment method. Therefore, the acupuncture therapy based on the cervical arm points and the cervical Jiaji points for the treatment of radiculopathy of cervical spondylosis can indeed reflect the unique charm of the motherland medicine, and its side effects are small, and it can help the patient to recover. It should be extended in clinic.
