Objective: To analyze the clinical features of Cardiac amyloidosis and to find the factors that may affect the survival rate of patients. Methods: The clinical characteristics of 34 cases with complete data confirmed by pathological examinations in some hospitals in Chongqing area were statistically analyzed, and the patients were divided into death groups and survival groups within 1 year, and multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to find factors that may affect the survival of patients. Results: Among the 34 confirmed patients,it took 15.2±2.9 months(January to 72 months)from the onset of symptoms to a clear diagnosis. At the first diagnosis, there were 17 misdiagnosis cases(50%),of which 8cases(23.5%)were misdiagnosed as hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and 4cases(11.8%)were misdiagnosed as ischemic cardiomyopathy. In 25 cases(73.5%),echocardiography showed varying degrees of thickening of the ventricular wall.Fifteen patients(44.1%)received chemotherapy treatment.Twelve patients(35.3%)died within 1 year, and the increase of troponin T(cTnT)exceeded 0.035 ng/ml(HR=8.931,95%CI(1.198-66.569),P =0.033)had a high risk of death within 1 year.Conclusion:1)Symptoms are atypical and misdiagnosis rate is high;2)ECG shows mostly low voltage in limb leads;3)UCG shows varying degrees of ventricular wall thickening,4)CMR shows delayed subendocardial gadolinium enhancement;5)Elevated cTnT may indicate an increased risk of death in patients within 1 year.
