| Objective:Based on Neil’s remote care theory develop prevention in elderly patients with cerebral apoplexy of safe hidden trouble that occupy the home intervention plan,in order to reduce the patient safety hidden trouble, evaluation of the research institute of the intervention plans in elderly patients with cerebral apoplexy in the safe hidden trouble that occupy the home effect, improve the patients’ family daily life ability, and care ability, reduce the incidence of adverse events that occupy the home. Methods:This study is a quasi-experimental study.Using convenience sampling method, this study selected first-onset elderly stroke patients in the Affiliated Hospital of Jilin Beihua University from December 2019 to January 2021 as research objects, and divided them into intervention group and control group according to the order of discharge time.Thirty-five patients who received informed consent from December2019 to September 2020 were enrolled as the intervention group, and 35 patients who received informed consent from October 2020 to January 2021 were enrolled as the control group.Patients in the intervention group were given regular health guidance based on Nell Noddings’ care theory to develop targeted intervention measures.Control group received routine health guidance.Intervention cycle time for 3months,the application of general data survey scale, home security questionnaire in elderly patients with cerebral apoplexy, pap index rating scale, screening scale, family care index fall factors that occupy the home questionnaire data of patients before and after the intervention in general situation, the safe hidden trouble that occupy the home, fall in the daily life ability, family factors, family care index for evaluation.SPSS 20.0 software was used for data analysis, and the input data was double-checked.The frequency and percentage of counting data were compared, and the quantitative variables conforming to the normal distribution were statistically analyzed by (?)±s.The t test was used for the two independent samples that fit the normal distribution, while the rank sum test was used for the non-normal distribution. The test level α=0.05.Results:(1)The general demographic data of the two groups showed no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),which was comparable.(2)The scores of the home safety scale of patients in the two groups were compared before intervention and 3 months after intervention. The results showed that the total score of the intervention group was 70.75±7.03 before intervention, and the total score of the control group was 73.91±5.32.The total score of the intervention group was 84.50±3.01 after intervention. The total score of the control group was75.79±5.39,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)The scores of the two groups of patients were compared before intervention and 3 months after intervention. The total score of the intervention group before intervention was 79.53±11.87,and the total score after intervention was 88.28±7.89.The total score of the control group was 74.26±18.96 before intervention and71.32±22.10 after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(4)The scores of the home-based fall scale were compared between the two groups before intervention and 3 months after intervention. The total score of the intervention group before intervention was 17.03±3.10,and the total score after intervention was 20.19±1.82.The total score of the control group before intervention was 16.82±4.48,and the total score after intervention was 17.18±5.01,with statistical significance P < 0.05.(5)The scores of family care scale of patients in the two groups were compared before intervention and 3 months after intervention. The total score of the intervention group before intervention was 6.50±1.05,and the total score after intervention was8.16±0.95.The total score of the control group was 6.18±1.80 before intervention and6.35±1.59 after intervention, with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Interventional research on home safety risks of elderly stroke patients based on Nell Noddings’ care can effectively reduce home safety risks of elderly stroke patients, improve the daily living ability of patients, reduce the incidence of falling at home, and improve the caring ability of patients and their families. Conclusion:Interventional research on home safety risks of elderly stroke patients based on Nell Noddings’ care can effectively reduce home safety risks of elderly stroke patients, improve the daily living ability of patients, reduce the incidence of falling at home, and improve the caring ability of patients and their families. |
