The Combination Of Community Medicine And Care In Southwest China Research On Old-age Service Supply

According to relevant authoritative data predictions,in the next 50 years,my country will become one of the countries with the most aging population in the world.The issue of old-age care is closely related to the healthy development of my country’s social economy.With the improvement of material living standards and the development of medical technology,the elderly are also eager to improve the quality of old-age care services.They should not only guarantee "support",but also pay attention to the combination with "medical treatment".Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the government has issued relevant policies for many times to vigorously promote the integrated development of medical and health services and elderly care services.As grassroots service organizations,communities are the main battleground for promoting the integrated development of medical and care services.Compared with middle and eastern areas,economic development is relatively lagging in southwest China,a single public service infrastructure,medical and health condition is bad,how the old man to the local community to provide quality of pension services,let the elderly abetted the life,not only is the key to the government and academia to explore,and promote our country community in southwest medical combination of endowment service supply difficulties.Based on this,this paper,with the title of "Research on the Supply of Community Medical Care Combined with Elderly Care Services in Southwest China",focuses on the communities in Southwest China,and explores the improvement path that affects the effective supply of medical care combined with old-age care services according to relevant problems.Focusing on the topic selection,this article conducts research from the following aspects.First,introduce the background and significance of this research,summarize and comment on the current situation and focus of research in this field at home and abroad,and then explain the research ideas and research methods adopted in this article(document analysis method,questionnaire survey,data analysis method)are elaborated to make a good preparation for the following research.Secondly,based on the theory of public goods,the theory of welfare pluralism,the theory of community care,combined with the sorting of relevant national policy texts,the three-dimensional analysis framework of "supply subject-supply intermediate-supply mechanism" is constructed,and the research hypothesis of this paper is further put forward.Through the questionnaire survey and field visit to the people in the southwest region to get the first-hand real information,the effective recovered data with the help of relevant statistical methods for in-depth exploration,and then the data analysis results are summarized and discussed;Finally,according to the results of the discussion,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the supply of community medical care combined with elderly care service in southwest China from three aspects of supply subject,supply medium and supply mechanism.
