| Objective:In this study, the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and emotional intervention was used as a means to observe whether the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine could better improve the treatment outcome.Meanwhile, the efficacy of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine was discussed, and whether the emotional intervention was an effective adjuvant treatment was analyzed, aiming to develop the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine and optimize the treatment plan. Methods:Ninety patients screened by inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group, treatment group and combined treatment group, with 30 cases in each group, and given corresponding treatment plan according to the design. The control group was treated with Rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablet, the treatment group was treated with Flavoured Zuo Jin pill based on the control group, and the combined treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic emotional intervention based on the treatment group. The three groups were treated for 8 weeks. The scores of each scale were compared within and between groups at different observation nodes,so as to evaluate the efficacy and recurrence.Results:1.Total RDQ score:RDQ score of the three groups was significantly decreased at the end of treatment(P<0.01);When the treatment began 2 weeks, the RDQ score of the combined treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01);The RDQ scores of 8 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks of withdrawal were the lowest in the combined treatment group(P<0.01),and the highest in the control group(P<0.01);The RDQ score of the control group increased after 4 weeks of drug withdrawal compared with that after treatment(P<0.05).2.TCM symptom score:①Total scores, major and secondary symptom scores:The total scores, major and secondary scores of the three groups were significantly decreased when the treatment ended(P<0.01);When the treatment began 2 weeks, the total scores of combined treatment group was significantly decreased compared with the other two groups(P<0.01),the scores of major and secondary symptoms were decreased compared with the control group(P<0.01 or 0.05),and the scores of major symptoms were decreased compared with the treatment group(P<0.05),and the treatment group was similar to the control group(P>0.05);The total scores, major and secondary symptom scores were the lowest in the combined treatment group(P<0.01 or 0.05)and the highest in the control group(P<0.01);The total scores of the control group were significantly increased after 4 weeks of withdrawal(P<0.01),and the scores of major and secondary symptoms were increased(P<0.05).②Single symptom scores:All symptoms of the treatment group and the combined treatment group were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.01),the control group had no effect on irritability symptom(P>0.05),the other TCM symptoms were significantly improved(P<0.01);The improvement of retrosternal burning pain in the three groups was similar(P>0.05);After 2 weeks of treatment, the symptoms of heartburn and epigastric burning pain in the combined treatment group were improved better than those in the control group(P<0.01),and there was no difference in the improvement of other symptoms among the three groups(P>0.05);After 8 weeks of treatment, symptoms without retrosternal burning pain were significantly improved better in the combined treatment group compared with the control group(P<0.01).The improvement of acid reflux, heartburn, epigastric distention, belching or regurgitation, and irritability in the combined treatment group was better than that in the treatment group. The improvement of symptoms without retrosternal burning pain, belching or regurgitation in the treatment group was better than that in the control group; After 4 weeks of withdrawal, when compared with control group, all symptoms of the combined treatment group were significantly improved(P<0.01),the improvement of heartburn, epigastric burning pain, epigastric distention, belching or regurgitation, and irritability in the combined treatment group was better than that in the treatment group. The treatment group’s improvement of symptoms without belching or regurgitation was better than that in the control group; In the control group, acid reflux, retrosternal burning pain and epigastric distension at 4 weeks of withdrawal were worse than those at the end of treatment(P<0.05).3.Therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes:The total effective rate of the control group was 66.67%,the treatment group was 93.33%,and the combined treatment group was 96.67%.Pairwise comparison of the total effective rate of the three groups shows that the total effective rate was similar between the treatment group and the combined treatment group(P>0.05),and the advantages of the combined treatment group were more obvious than the control group(P<0.01),while the treatment group had some advantages(P<0.05).4.HAMA and HAMD scores:After the treatment, the three groups all significantly decreased HAMA and HAMD scores(P<0.01).At the end of treatment and 4 weeks after withdrawal,HAMA and HAMD scores of the combined treatment group were the lowest(P<0.01),while those of the control group were the highest(P<0.01);The HAMA score in the control group increased after 4 weeks of withdrawal compared with that after treatment(P<0.05).5.The long-term curative effect:After 4 weeks of withdrawal, control group recurrence rate was 40.00%,the treatment group was 13.33%,the combined treatment group was 6.67%,three groups of recurrence pairwise comparison, the recurrence rate of the treatment group and the combined treatment group is similar(P>0.05),the recurrence rate of the combined treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),while that of the treatment group was slightly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of western medicine,Flavoured Zuojin pill combined with emotional intervention can better improve the curative effect, adjust bad mental psychology, control the relapse, have no adverse reactions, and emotional intervention is an effective adjuvant treatment in improving some symptoms and mental state, but the short-term efficacy is not obvious; The combination of Chinese and western medicine is also better than western medicine alone, but there is no obvious advantage in short-term efficacy. |
