Relevant Studies On The Factors Of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease、TCM Syndromes And Endoscopic Findings

Objective: to collect the jiangxi gastroesophageal reflux disease with the basic information of gastroesophageal reflux disease,diet and lifestyle,mood,etc,By Integrating The relevant information and TCM syndrome types of the two sets of samples,a number of related factors affecting GERD in this region and the correlation of the syndromes were obtained,influence in the region clearly many factors associated with gastroesophageal reflux disease and syndrome types,based on the idea of "cure not ill" in guiding the region of gastroesophageal reflux disease prevention at the same time,discuss the etiology and pathogenesis,offers a new theoretical approach for treatment of GERD in our region.Methods: Included in jiangxi university hospital of traditional Chinese medicine taste hepatology GERD patients,200 cases of outpatient and inpatient treatment and 200 cases in patients with non-gastroesophageal reflux disease to fill in the questionnaire to record,respectively,compared two groups of samples the basic information of the history,diet and lifestyle habits,feelings,etc,in addition,the collection disease group performance under gastroscope,symptoms,frequency and extent of disease,tongue veins and other basic four diagnostic data.The sheet of GERD relevant circumstances and TCM syndrome information was built,and the sheet was systematically processed taking advantage of SPSS23.0software to form verdict,and then the conclusions were discussed.Results:This paper collected the total sample of 400 cases,including in patients with GERD,NERD、EE、BE respectively in 190 cases,、35 cases、0.(1)Acid reflux was the most common symptom in the sick group,and most of the accompanying symptoms were epigastric distention and discomfort.The patient’s disease discomfort degree is not high,the symptom is mild and slightly affects the daily life common.In terms of TCM tongue pulse of GERD,the patient’s tongue coating: thin and white tongue coating >yellow tongue coating>white and greasy tongue coating> yellow tongue>The tongue coating is thin >yellow tongue coating and greasy;Tongue ordering:light red > red >rple dark >urple;The sequence of pulse is smooth pulse >chord pulse>in pulse >ngent pulse;The average RDQ score of 190 NERD patients was 5.192±3.244,the largest was 16 points,the smallest was0 points,The RDQ scores in this group are the same as above,mostly between2 and 10 points.In EE group,The mean score of 35 patients was 7.340±3.960,the largest was 16 points,the smallest was 2 points,and the frequency was mostly distributed between 2 points and 10 points.(2)Univariate analysis: the related factors of NERD included irregular diet,spicy diet,eating too fast,lying and sitting after meals,staying up late,anxiety and irritability,obesity,Hp positive formula,and drinking history;The related factors of EE were older than 60,regular three meals,spicy diet,eating too fast,staying up late,anxiety and irritability,and positive HP.Independent risk factor analysis:irregular meals(OR=10.396),eating too fast(OR=12.843),staying up late(OR=3.282),positive HP(OR=7.506),anxiety and irritability(OR=4.044)were the independent risk factors affecting NERD.Age older than 60(OR=6.415),irregular meals(OR=21.235),eating too fast(OR=6.802),staying up late(OR=4.011),anxiety and irritability(OR=4.657),positive Hp(OR=4.149)were independent risk factors for EE.(3)The differences between NERD and EE under gastroscopy in TCM syndromes were not statistically significant.Conclusion:1.The main symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease in this area are acid reflux,accompanied by distension of the stomach.Most of the samples were less uncomfortable,The most common type of syndrome type is stagnation of heat in liver and stomach.2.Most NERD patients in this area showed mild bile reflux gastroscopically,while most EE patients showed mild esophageal erosion gastroscopically.3.The risk factors of NERD in this region are irregular meals,eating too fast,staying up late,positive HP,and emotional anxiety and irritability,and people who eat too fast and eating too irregular,their risk of NERD is higher,and it has also been linked to obesity,alcohol consumption,and the tendency to lie and sit after meals,drinking,lying and sitting after meals and other factors.4.Risk factors for EE were older than 60 years old,irregular meals,eating too fast,staying up late,anxiety and irritability,and positive HP,among which irregular meals had a greater impact.5.The pertinence between the TCM syndromes of GERD in this area and the endoscopic performance is inexistent.6.There is overlap between NERD and EE risk factors.Whether NERD or EE,most of the factors with high risk of disease are from the poor living habits and psychological factors of local residents,and at the same time,aging,incapacity,drinking,obesity and other factors are also related to the incidence of GERD.
