Research purposes:To discuss the theoretical basis of the tutor Professor Liu Zhongyong’s use of Jianpi Huazhuo Tiaozhi Granules(JHTG)in the treatment of Stable angina pectoris of spleen deficiency and phlegm turbidity syndrome and observe the effectiveness and safety of JHTG combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of stable angina pectoris, and then summarize the tutor’s use of this prescription Clinical experience.Refine the theoretical basis by reading related literature on the spleen, heart, and turbidity,as well as the supervisor’s thesis and writings;evaluate the clinical efficacy of this prescription through clinical controlled studies, and start to understand the clinical experience and academic views of the supervisor, thereby deepening the thinking of Chinese medicine and inheriting the academic achievements of famous and old TCM doctorsresearch method:1.Theoretical research part: search for relevant literature and treatises through the school library and How Net,Wanfang database,Liu Zhongyong’s famous and old Chinese medicine inheritance studio and other platforms, and refer to the understanding and diagnosis and treatment characteristics of stable angina pectoris of past dynasties to study JHTG treatment The theoretical basis of Stable angina pectoris of spleen deficiency and phlegm turbidity syndrome;2.The clinical research part: According to the random table method, the patients who meet the exclusion and inclusion criteria were divided into the control group and the treatment group with 30 cases each. The control group took atorvastatin calcium tablets 20 mg,once a day, before going to bed;metoprolol succinate Sustained-release tablets 11.875-95mg(adjust the dose according to the heart rate and blood pressure),once a day,in the morning;aspirin enteric-coated tablets 100 mg,once a day,in the morning;and according to the patient’s underlying disease, give hypotensive drugs, lowering blood pressure Blood glucose medicine, and lifestyle intervention, etc. The treatment group was added with JHTG on the basis of the control group(composition: Codonopsis 15 g Poria 15 g Tangerine Peel 10 g Loofah 10 g Amomum villosum 5g Lotus Leaf 10 g Atractylodes Rhizome 10 g Coix Seed 20 g Muxiang 10 g Salvia 15 g Malt 10 g Hawthorn 10 g,all of which are granular content)Take it with boiling water, once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Both groups were observed for 12 weeks.Observe the blood lipid indexes before and after treatment, the curative effect of angina pectoris, the curative effect of electrocardiogram, the integral of TCM syndromes, etc.and carry out statistical analysis on the data.Research result:1.Theoretical research part: Explained the relationship between the spleen, turbidity, and stable angina, and clarified that the loss of the spleen’s power to move and transform is the initiating factor in the onset of stable angina.Turbidity is an important indicator of stable angina. The entry of turbidity into the vessel is the key to the pathogenesis of stable angina. It is concluded that "the spleen loses power and the turbidity enters the vessel" is the core of the pathogenesis of stable angina. The treatment plan for angina pectoris, discussing in more detail the theoretical basis of the tutor using JHTG to treat Stable angina pectoris of spleen deficiency and phlegm turbidity syndrome2.Clinical research part:(1)Comparison of blood lipid level: both the control group and the treatment group can reduce triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(Triglycerides,TC),and low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C),Increase high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C)(P<0.05),the improvement effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group(P<0.05);(2)Comparison of the curative effect of TCM syndrome: both the control group and the treatment group It can improve the patient’s TCM symptoms(P<0.05).The effective rate of the control group is 70%,and the effective rate of the treatment group is 86.67%.The treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05);(3)Comparison of ECG curative effect: Control group ECG The total effective rate of curative effect is 66.67%,and the total effective rate of ECG in the treatment group is 86.67%,which is better than that in the control group(P<0.05);(4)Comparison of the curative effect of angina: the effective rate of angina in the control group is 73.33%,and the effective rate in the treatment group is 73.33%.86.67%,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);(5)Safety comparison: Both groups were monitored for safety indicators three times, and the results were all within the normal range;Analysis conclusion:1.The theoretical basis for JHTG treatment of stable angina pectoris is: Stable angina pectoris of spleen deficiency and phlegm turbidity syndrome is based on the loss of the spleen’s motivation to move and transform as the initial factor, and turbidity as an important indicator, turbidity enters the vessel is the key to the disease, and the spleen is closely related to the turbidity,The core of its pathogenesis is "the spleen loses its power, and the turbid evil enters the vessel".2.JHTG combined with conventional western medicine can not only improve the patient’s blood lipid level and the ST-T segment of the electrocardiogram, but also alleviate the patient’s clinical symptoms and reduce the degree of angina pectoris, thereby improving the patient’s quality of life.3.The instructor’s clinical experience of using JHTG to treat stable angina pectoris is:Based on invigorating spleen and stomach, transforming turbid pathogenic factors and regulating lipid go hand in hand, taking both qi and blood and heart into consideration, prevention first, and treating heart with Chinese herbs and Western herbs.
