Based On Data Mining Technology To Explore The Drug Use Rules Of Obesity Phlegm-Dampness Syndrome

【Objective】Data mining technology was applied to analyze the prescriptions for the effective treatment of obese patients with phlegm-dampness constitution recorded in the literature from multiple perspectives and to find the common drugs,drug combinations and prescription rules in the treatment.Therefore,the drug combination and prescription rules for the treatment of obese patients with phlegm-dampness constitution can be sorted out in order to provide reference and basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and the development of new prescriptions.【Methods】(1)Related literature and periodicals on TCM treatment of obese patients with phlegm-damp constitution which have been collected so far in China National Knowledge Internet,Wanfang Database,the Chinese Medical and so on have been retrieved and collected.(2)The database of prescription for treatment of obese patients with phlegmdampness constitution is established by Excel from the aspects of drug category,efficacy,property and flavor,and channel tropism.The software is used to carry out frequency analysis,factor analysis,cluster analysis and association rule analysis on the relevant data in the database,so as to find the core combination of common drugs and new prescriptions.【Results】(1)In this study,a total of 420 prescriptions were screened,involving 271 drugs,and the total frequency of drugs reached 4368 times.Frequency analysis: The 10 most frequently used traditional Chinese medicines were poria cocos,rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae,rhizoma alismatis,pinellia ternate,pericarpium citri reticulatae,rhizoma atractylodis,hawthorn,liquorice,astragalus membranaceus and salvia miltiorrhiza.Drugs are mainly used to restore deficiency,remove dampness,clear heat,promote qi,reduce phlegm,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.The statistical results of four qi of drugs show that the main type is warm,cold and mild,accounting for 97% of all drugs.The five flavors are mainly sweet,bitter and spicy,accounting for 91.6% of all the drugs.The statistical results of meridians are stomach,spleen,lung and kidney,accounting for 66.2% of all drugs.(2)Factor Analysis: 11 common factors are extracted from the former 26 highfrequency drugs.Common factor 1: Banxia,Chenpi and Fuling;Common factor 2: Guizhi,Baizhu;Common factor 3: lotus leaf,cassia seed,hawthorn;Common factor 4: Chinese yam,semen coicis;Common factor 5: ligusticum wallichii,angelica sinensis;Common factor 6 : fructus aurantia,astragalus membranaceus,codonopsis pilosula;Common factor 7: rhizoma atractylodis,liquorice,rhizoma cyperi;Common factor 8: rhizoma coptidis,rhubarb,calamus;Common factor 9: magnolia officinalis;Common factor 10: salvia miltiorrhiza;Common factor 11: bupleurum.(3)Cluster analysis: Cluster analysis was performed on the 11 common factors extracted from the factor analysis,and three cluster prescriptions were obtained.The first category: pinellia ternata,pericarpium citri reticulatae,poria cocos,rhizoma atractylodis,licorice,rhizoma cyperi.The second category: cassia twiggy,atractylodes,lotus leaf,cassia seed,hawthorn,ligusticum wallichii,Angelica sinensis,fructus aurantii,astragalus membranaceus,codonopsis pilosula,coptis chinensis,rheum officinale,rhizoma acori graminei,mangnolia officinalis,radix bupleuri.The third category: Chinese yam,semen coicis,salvia miltiorrhiza.(4)Association Rules Analysis: Set support ≥30%,confidence ≥50% to obtain 57 combinations of two drugs commonly used in the treatment of obesity,phlegmdampness syndrome,9 of which have a co-occurrence frequency of more than 100 times,namely,poria cocos-rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae,poria cocos-Banxia,FulingChenpi and so on.Obtained 8 pairs of three-flavored medicine drug combination,namely,Chenpi-pinellia ternate-poria cocos,rhizoma alismatis-rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae-poria cocos,pinellia ternate-rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae-poria cocos.(5)Cluster analysis was used to analyze the top 61 most frequently used drugs(accounting for 80.2% of all drug use frequency),and 8 new prescription combinations were obtained.They are the new prescriptions: Fuling,Baizhu,Banxia,Chenpi,Cangzhu,angelica sinensis,herba sinensis,cuscuta sinensis,epimedium.New prescriptions: poria cocos,rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae,rhizoma alismatis,pinellia ternate,pericarpium citri reticulatae,rhizoma atractylodis,semen coicis and mangnolia officinalis.New prescriptions: poria cocos,rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae,rhizoma alismatis,pinellia ternate,pericarpium citri reticulatae,hawthorn,lotus leaf and so on.【Conclusion】(1)In the treatment of obesity phlegm-dampness syndrome usually uses tonic drugs,dampness drugs,heat-clearing drugs,qi-promoting drugs,phlegm-resolving drugs,and drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis to eliminate dampness and phlegm,dry dampness and clear heat,and replenish spleen and kidney.(2)Poria is the most commonly used medicine for obese patients with phlegmdampness constitution,which can induce diuresis and alleviate edema.Four qi of the drugs is mostly warm,cold and wild,which can clear damp,tonify kidney and clear heat.Most of the five flavors are sweet,bitter and pungent.They are used to replenish deficiency and promote blood circulation.The most channel tropisms are those of the stomach,spleen,lung and kidney to help the normal metabolism of body fluid.(3)The cluster methods excavated by factor analysis and cluster analysis is the core drug combination of clearing damp and the core drug combination for promoting qi and blood circulation,clearing away heat and dampness,and replenishing the spleen,removing blood stasis and removing dampness.(4)Through association rule analysis,the drugs of replenishing deficiency and the drugs of clearing damp and promoting diuresis are excavated.In the treatment of obese patients with phlegm-dampness constitution,there is abundant compatibility between the drugs of tonifying deficiency and the drugs of reducing phlegm.(5)The 8 new clustering methods obtained by cluster analysis can be used as the basic formulas for the treatment of obese patients with phlegm-dampness constitution or in their combined syndromes.For example,poria cocos,Baizhu,Zexie,Banxia,Chenpi,,semen coicis,mangnolia officinalis can dry dampness and resolve phlegm.Rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae,liquorice,rheum officinale,angelica sinensis,ligusticum wallichii,scutellaria baicalensis jasmine,rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae,liquorice,rheum officinale,angelica sinensis,ligusticum wallichii,astragalus membranaceus and jasmine can clear heat,dry dampness,promote qi and activate blood,which is suitable for the treatment of obese patients with phlegmatic hygrosis and thermogenesis.poria cocos,rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae,pinellia ternate,pericarpium citri reticulatae,rhizoma atractylodis,angelica sinensis,rhizoma cyperi,semen cuscutae and herba epimedii can warm the kidney and tonify spleen,which is suitable for the treatment of obese patients with accumulation of phlegm and dampness caused by deficiency of kidney yang.
