Analysis On Chai Kequn’s Clinic Experience On Treatment Of Cancer Related Fatigue In Colorectal Cancer By Warm Spleen And Kidney

Objective:This study intends to analyse Chai Kequn’s clinic experience on Cancer Related Fatigue in colorectal cancer by Warm spleen and kidney,and evaluate the efficacy of Chai’s relieve fatigue Decoction to cancer related fatigue which is occur on the colorectal cancer patients with the Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney.,Also the study will offer clinical thoughts for Chinese medicine to cure Cancer Related Fatigue.Methods:These cases who were complied with the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups randomly:these cases in control group would be gived the conventional treatment.cases in the treatment group would be gived Chai’s relieve fatigue Decoction plus the conventional treatment.In the process of treatment,those patients assessed their fatigue status by a rating scale(brief fatigue inventory，BFI),also the investigator made an evaluation to the Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney score and the KPS scale of the patients.Then the investigator observed the score changes after treatment.In the last,the investigator assessed the therapeutic efficacy of Chai’s relieve fatigue Decoction to cancer related fatigue objectively.All data were used for statistical analysis by SPSS 17.0.Results:Before the treatment,there were no significant difference in these patients with different gender、ages、the position of tumor and the stage of tumor,also the fatigue score、the Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney score and KPS scale were no significanct difference between the two groups(p>0.05). After the treatment, the fatigue score、the Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney score in treatment group were lower than control group, and the KPS scale was higher than control group,all had the significant difference(p<0.05).The efficient of relief fatigue score in treatment group was 50.0%,and the efficient of relief Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney score was 73.3%,compared with the control grpup,there were significant difference in clinical efficacy(p<0.05).Conclusion:1. Chai Kequn considers the cancer related fatigue which is occur on the colorectal cancer patients is related to the Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney,treatment with Warm spleen and kidney can obviously relief the CRF.2.The Chai’s relieve fatigue Decoction can obviously relief the cancer related fatigue which is occur on the colorectal cancer patients with the Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney.After treatment the fatigue score、the Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney score in treatment group were lower then the control group,and the KPS scale was higher than the control group,the quality of life can be elevated...
