Objective: 1.To study and observe the effect of Shenling Baizhu powder on SCORAD score and its sub score of patients with spleen deficiency type atopic dermatitis, and then evaluate its efficacy index;2.To study the correlation between intestinal flora and Th1 / Th2 secretion related inflammatory factors in patients with atopic dermatitis;3.To explore the possible mechanism of Shenling Baizhu powder in the treatment of atopic dermatitis by observing Th1 / Th2 secretion related inflammatory factors;4.To observe the effect of Shenling Baizhu powder on atopic dermatitis Objective To observe the effect of Shenling Baizhu powder on intestinal flora in patients with atopic dermatitis. Methods:In this study,a randomized, parallel, controlled and blinded trial method was adopted.60 cases of eligible cases were selected from the outpatient department of Dermatology,Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine. They were divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were treated with routine external medicine for basic treatment, the experimental group was treated with Shenlingbaizhu powder modified granules, and the observation group was treated with placebo similar to Shenlingbaizhu powder. Two groups of patients were treated for4 weeks as a course of treatment, before and after the treatment of patients with SCORAD score, detection of serum IL-4,IFN-γ,Ig E content and fecal Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Escherichia coli content, through the use of statistical software for processing, analysis and comparison.Meanwhile, the adverse reactions occurred during the study were recorded in detail.2.Results:1.Baseline comparison,in the experimental group and the control group of 30 cases,in terms of age, course of disease,SCORAD score and its sub score, serum IL-4,IFN-γ、 There was no significant difference in the contents of Ig E,Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Escherichia coli in feces, which could be compared.2.Comparison of effective rate: the effective rate of the experimental group was 76.7%,and that of the control group was 46.7%.The effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.After treatment, the SCORAD score and the sub score of SCORAD score in both groups decreased, but the experimental group was better than the control group.4.The levels of IL-4,IFN-γand Ig E in the serum of the two groups can be effectively reduced, and the experimental group is better than the control group.5.The experimental group is better than the control group in the aspect of down-regulation of intestinal E.coli, and up-regulation of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus, suggesting that Shenling Baizhu powder can help patients adjust the balance of intestinal flora.6.In patients with atopic dermatitis, serum IL-4 was positively correlated with E.coli and negatively correlated with Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus, while IFN-γ was negatively correlated with E.coli and negatively correlated with Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus.7.During the study period, there were no obvious adverse events in the two groups, and no shedding and elimination occurred in all cases in the study, indicating that the two groups of patients had no toxic and side effects. Conclusion: 1.On the basis of the use of topical drugs, combined with oral Shenlingbaizhu powder can be more effective in the treatment of spleen deficiency type atopic dermatitis, and significantly down regulate the content of IL-4,if-γ,Ig E inflammatory factors in patients’ serum, and regulate the balance of intestinal flora in patients.2.The changes of intestinal flora in patients are closely related to atopic dermatitis.According to the relationship between inflammatory factors and flora in patients,it can be inferred that the disorder of intestinal flora may lead to abnormal Th1/Th2 differentiation, and then affect atopic dermatitis. |
