Objective on the basis of fully understanding the current situation of the communication of Chinese medicine culture in Italy,this paper analyzes the achievements and obstacles of the communication of Chinese medicine culture in Italy,and finally provides communication strategies to promote the better communication and development of Chinese medicine culture in Italy,so as to attract more scholars to study the communication of Chinese medicine culture.Methods This paper uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview,interdisciplinary research and comparative research.Based on the literature research of the theoretical basis of the cross-cultural communication of Chinese medicine culture,questionnaire survey and interview were carried out on the research status of the communication of Chinese medicine culture in Italy,the achievements of the communication of Chinese medicine culture in Italy,the obstacles of the communication of Chinese medicine culture in Italy and the strategies of the communication of Chinese medicine culture in Italy.This paper also applies the theories and research methods of Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine culture,communication and other disciplines,and finally compares the experience of communication of Chinese medicine culture in France,Australia and the United Kingdom.Results1.At present,the main performance of communication achievements of Chinese medicine culture in Italy are as follows: the interpersonal communication of Chinese medicine culture is more prominent,the audience of communication of Chinese medicine culture is becoming wider,the content of communication of Chinese medicine culture is distinct,the media of communication of Chinese medicine culture is becoming more and more,and the effect of communication of Chinese medicine culture is prominent.Among them,the interpersonal communication of Chinese medicine culture is more prominent which is manifested in the preference for interpersonal communication and strong credibility of communication;the content of communication of Chinese medicine culture is distinct which is reflected in the emphasis on Chinese medicine thoughts and theories and promoting Chinese medicine health preservation culture;the media of communication of Chinese medicine culture is becoming more and more which is reflected in the large proportion of traditional media and the increasing number of new media;the effect of communication of Chinese medicine culture is prominent which is reflected in the treatment effect of Chinese medicine is recognized and the core value of Chinese medicine culture is recognized.2.At present,there are some obstacles in communication of Chinese medicine culture in Italy,which can be summarized are as follows: the professional quality of communicators of Chinese medicine culture is limited,the audience awareness of communication of Chinese medicine culture is not strong enough,the content fusion of communication of Chinese medicine culture is obstructive,and the communication of Chinese medicine culture is restricted by objective factors.Among them,the professional quality of communicators of Chinese medicine culture is limited which is reflected the translation level of translators needs to be improved and the lack of professional competence of Chinese medicine doctors;the audience awareness of communication of Chinese medicine culture is not strong enough which is reflected in the weak consciousness of self-conscious learning and active acceptance;the content fusion of communication of Chinese medicine culture is obstructive which is reflected in the huge cultural differences between Chinese and Western medicine and the modern medical model is not comprehensive;the communication of Chinese medicine culture is restricted by objective factors which is reflected in the limitations of relevant policies and the Chinese medicine legislation is not timely.Conclusion Regarding the above results,this paper uses Harold Lasswell’s5W model to put forward my own views on the strategies of the communication of Chinese medicine culture in Italy.From the perspective of communicators,we should improve the quality of the communicator of Chinese medicine culture,including training professional translators of Chinese medicine in Italian and more qualified Chinese medicine doctors;from the perspective of audience,we should meet the needs of audience of Chinese medicine culture,including highlighting the role of World Chinese Medicine Day and building the brand of Chinese Medicine Culture Week;from the perspective of content,we should select the communication content of Chinese medicine culture,including compiling the standard dictionary of Chinese medicine culture,publicizing the characteristic symbols of Chinese medicine culture and exploring the classic works of Chinese medicine culture;in terms of the communication media,we should optimize the communication media of Chinese medicine culture,including three aspects: taking the online communication mode of films and television as the leading mode,taking the practice of Thermal Moxibustion Town as the feature,establishing websites and operating social platform accounts.At last,this paper uses comparative approach to study the current situation and experience of communication of Chinese medicine culture in France,Australia and the United Kingdom.First of all,France is one of the sources of communication of Chinese medicine culture in the West.In the process of communicating Chinese medicine culture,French experts and scholars invented some new acupoints and new acupuncture methods,which lead the development of acupuncture in Europe.Secondly,Australia is the first country to register Chinese medicine.Its rich media resources and the publicity role of academic groups have promoted the communication of Chinese medicine culture.Thirdly,the United Kingdom has the most distinctive Confucius Institute of Chinese Medicine.Its teaching methods of using Chinese,Chinese medicine and culture at the same time have promoted the wider and deeper communication of Chinese medicine culture.Finally,the communication experience of the above three countries will be reference significance for the communication of Chinese medicine culture in Italy. |
