Based On Delphi Method Of Pph Combined Chinese And Western Medicine Treatment Of Hemorrhoids Disease Nursing Pathway Research

ObjectiveAccording to combining qualitative and quantitative method, to select nursing interventions of integration of trational Chinese and Western clinical nursing pathway applying for the of the PPH operation of hemorrhoids patients by using Delphi method, which includes evidence-based nursing, holistic nursing,characteristics of Traditional Chinese Nursing(TCN) so that the formed clinical nusing pathway scheme will provide clinical basis and the reference for the standardization of nursing process for Hemorrhoids patients with PPH operation,give integrated traditional Chinese and Western clinical nursing pathway an important role in the clinical nursing practice and meet the social demand for high-quality nurse services.MethodsOn the basis of retrospective analysis of cases, the research selects common nursing interventions. Then determine the content and process of clinical nursing pathway through clinical investigation and literature consulting. The nursing interventions will be seclected according to the grade level of clinical evidence. The seclected nursing interventions come from doctor’s orders and non-doctor’s orders, such as pre-operation mental nursing for anxious postoperative nursing intervention for constipation, pain, diet, rehabilitation and so on.20experts will be selected to complete two rounds of the Delphi questionare according to the clinical rationality, necessity and feasibility of nursing intervention. The statistical analysis expert advice concentration include selection rate, coefficient of variation, mean, standard deviation and reliability is inspected through experts actively coefficient, Kendall harmonious coefficient, expert degree.ResultsOn the basis of early stulies, initial clinical contains23nursing projects and113nursing interventions. According to two rounds, the standard hospital day, sugury day inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria, discharge criteria and variation of clinical nursing pathway are determined. For nursing projects and interventions,10interventions are deleted,3interventions are merged,25interventions are adjusted and5interventions are added. The integration of trational Chinese and Western clinical nursing pathway applying for the PPH operation of Hemorrhoids patients is finally formed, which contains22nursing projects such as hospitalizing education, preoperative mental care, complication of nursing care, postoperative health education and so on, and105nursing interventions including TCM nursing operations such as TCM fumigating and hip bathing, acupressure, acupuncture, auricular point sticking with characteristic of integration of traditional Chinese and Western clinical nursing.ConclusionAnalysis through the specialist enthusiasm, harmonious degree, authority etc, two rounds expert consultation result is reliability, the screening results will provide certain reference for the application of clinical nursing pathway in PPH for hemorrhoids patients.
